I can do OBS (I'm stupid and only stream for friends rarely), but I never bothered doing anything fancy. It's easy af to do the basics which would be above Kino Dogme level.
When he was doing phone streams, he had a pretty shitty laptop. But now I assume he has a proper PC. So there's no reason not to know.
