You're totally right though, PPP and Andy have this on-air energy that few other people in the sektur even pretend to have, even on 8+ hour shows that usually go late in to the night, and it couldn't be a more marked difference from where their show was a year ago when I tuned out.

To think Godwinson could have been a part of all of this if he could have just let his autism about e-begging go and put aside his hatred of Warski to felt Flamenco instead of trying a half-assed on-air coup two years ago.

Godwinson doesn't give a fuck about e-begging, it's all pretend. The truth of the matter is he's a trustfund baby and the heir to a British baron, so he's just too lazy and entitled to grind out a show and "gild the lily" on a slow news-day. He's never gone hungry or desperately needed the money to pay his bills a day in his life like PPP or Warski. It's all about entertaining himself, and to that end, Godwinson views and treats everyone around him as subhuman tools he can manipulate to do his bidding and amuse him. I don't remember if it was Godwinson or PPP that told the story, but when he was in Canada visiting PPP/Surfer and drinking, he said exactly that and told PPP "We aren't friends. One day i'm going to get bored, snake and fuck with you, and it's going to be the greatest arc ever. I'm going to miss the good times, but it's all about the Kino Dogme", which is exactly why PPP chose Warski over Godwinson and the gay Iranian hairdresser. Speaking of PPP's jealous wannabe homosexual lover, people shit on Warski a lot, but he is genuinely entertaining and can run a show without PPP, as evidenced by the years of content he produced pre-PPP and the solo shows he did last year when PPP had a family emergency.

Those were earlier this year and I’m not gonna lie, the first one of those was rough. The second or the third one where he managed to get Jim on was decent, though. It was like a prelude to the Tekken stream where they did a Sektur Retrospective and went down memory lane with the “remember when” stuff

You're whole post was fantastic but this really stood out to me.

The idea of going hungry makes you hungry. The drive to be a better performer through necessity is often lost on people. It seems quite obvious but having a real reason to push yourself makes you better in everyway. While I do love old Godwinson he never had the professionalism to carry a schedule. He would have never made it on any of the shows that require such an attitude.

It's a damn shame as he was one of the very few people online who could hold their own with PPP. He had the intelligence,wit and showmanship to be way bigger than he ever was. And you are right about Andy as well. This is another guy who never gave up no matter what. He's able to run a show and do it consistently whether on his own or for the Casino. In the end it ended up working out perfectly. The chemistry Andy & PPP have on the show these days is as good as it gets.

Yea... in hindsight, I really think Phil should have gone the more amicable route where instead of trying to leverage his newly obtained clout to go on the offensive. He should have just gone in, and made it known that he didn't appreciate how he was treated as from his perspective, this was meant to be an interview/conversation with someone he looked up to, not a struggle session and that while Adam and Craig are free to have their opinions, that doesn't justify the kind of harassment Phil received due to their lack of insight on how his detractors react to these types of things.

But why? Seething about someone for 18 months, finally getting them to come on your show, only to reveal the day before they do that the whole interview you got mad over was full of lies, and then still attacking that person's character and demanding apologies is way funnier.

PPP has created a monster. Can't wait for the return of the Casino and the start of the next arc.
 
Phil fumbled a great chance to get revenge on Craig for what he did to him. The approach he took with Keem was spot on. The approach he took with Craig was wrong. He should have went full Ralphamale on him the moment the intros and tech issues were sorted.

Yup. It came off as too much, too early, especially in comparison to the Keem interview, where both sides at least attempted (and succeded, I suppose) to bury the hatchet before the interview. And next Friday there's interview with Joon. Woah, buddy...
Honestly, a real kino interview would be with Eric July. Especially since they both happen to have rather insane detractors.

Well, yea, it's definitely funnier and preferable if that's the kind of thing you're looking for, which I get if someone is. For me though, I don't really find DSP that interesting as a lolcow, so I'm fairly neutral on him, but I'm a sucker for redemption arcs so I'm rooting for him to make the right decisions.

Yea not gunna lie, they might have bigged him up too much lol. I'd be disappointed if he just squanders the opportunity and then crashes and burns, but I mean, hey, it is what it is.
