They’re not gonna stop streaming to kick. Why? Remember back to the first night that DSP actually showed up in the live show chat and Andy + PPP were communicating with Phil through chat. PPP was semi-joking about getting Phil to start streaming on Kick, and to “sell” Phil on the possibility, he told Phil “YouTube takes like 30%* of your superchats, Kick only takes 10%* so you get to keep 90% of the money you make, therrrre”

Andy and PPP might multi-cast the stream to different platforms in the future but they would have to keep their eyes on multiple livechats. They’re never gonna get off Kick though, just because of how profitable the revenue split is for them when it comes to the money they make from paid subs. They know that they’re starting to get their proverbial foot in the door of “the mainstream market” on the internet, now that they’ve had people like Mutahar on as a guest as well as the continued success of their clip channel. They’re not gonna choose the “our chatters need to be able to say slurs” option over the “we need to make thousands of dollars a week for saying TAX FREEE MOOOOOORE WE NEED MOOOOOOOOORE SUB TRAIN LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO” option.

I don’t blame them but I also don’t watch them as much as I used to; I’ll just catch the clips on the clip channel for the topics they cover that I’m interested in. Worst case scenario, I’ll click a stream VOD. I am liking this recent shift that they’ve been doing where they’re uploading longer clips to the channel instead of these babydick 7-15 minute long clips. Makes for something I can almost listen to at work or on a drive.

*= I don’t remember the exact numbers for the revenue splits but I do remember PPP saying Kick takes way less money compared to YouTube.

I’m saying that PPP values and beliefs change like the wind so he doesn’t believe most of what he is saying. Now I agree with his current stance but it can and will change the second it suits him.

I mean if the whole “PPP was freezing his ass off living in some cabin in the wilds of Canada before Kino Casino took off” story is true then yeah he’s gonna compromise most of what he outwardly communicates to the world if it’ll preserve his money making operation. I genuinely don’t think he would compromise his religious values (whatever they are at this point) to “preserve the grift”, but I’d say almost everything else is up for fair game. Even if he’s doing it in a “tongue in cheek” way, like with the “Gabe Hoffman and the Mossad produces our show! We love the Jews!” thing.

PPP himself stated that you shouldn't take the show that seriously. It's an entertainment program and PPP is a showman/entertainer first and foremost. I believe one of the big reasons they are at the top of their game now is they actually have fun on the show. Look at someone like Ralph sitting there frowning in black and white while Warski and PPP are yucking it up having the time of their life. Having organic fun on your show goes a long way in keeping it alive and successful.

It's a tie-up for me between PPP's Ralph voice, and Null's Patrick Tomlinson voice. I want to see them argue with each other in-character while using those voices because that shit would be funny.
