I've seen this happen with big chungus football players. They play football because their size makes them easy picks and keeping them somewhat active as a brickwall on a footballs field and teenage metabolism (plus still growing) keeps the mountains of shitty food in check. Then high school is over, they sit on their ass and get fat as fuck. This happened to 75% of my HS football team that didn't go on to play college sports.

I also think the real religious beliefs PPP had at one point colliding with the online sector broke his brain and made him a nihilist so why not eat, drink and compulsively gamble himself to death?

Decided to peak in, and I like how Warski is all "Its gonna be a 10 hour show tonight! We have so much content!" and its only a 4 hour show. Hilarious that 4 hours is a "really short show" by KC standards these days. I looked at the video tab for Cathedral, and damn, they have some 11+ hour shows even. I thought 10 was the hard cutoff.

I think PPP's hospital visit was actually just him being tired of Warski. Imagine being around him literally 24/7, and not having a home away from him to go to. That explains the "really bad headache". The infections are probably from the gay sex with the needle-using tranny-fucker.
 
It's not Pizza Day that's the issue. Ulililia lost weight on an all pizza diet. It's that he doesn't exercise (good luck holding down the trad homestead/compound when you won't walk a mile or lift a 15 lb dumbbell because it doesn't "feel good"). He's technically losing weight, but at a hilariously glacial pace.

I could make the same progress Josh does in a month by taking Metamucil tomorrow morning. PPP, being an even fatter fuck, never picked up on this.
Basically this. Back when I was 16 and on the swim team, I used to go full Nikocado and split a Little Caesars with the team captain like once a week.

But that's the thing; at the time I was swimming 6km a day. I wasn't like yoked or anything, but I was burning enough calories to keep a health waistline through highschool.

That said I did see a lot of fat fucks lose 30+ pounds when I was going through BCT, so it's possible he could start losing more weight by doing mountain climbers, planks, and other cute shit like that. I know Jersh is in arctic europe, so regular hikes may be out of the question, but there's plenty more options to do in the banana pepper den.

Weight loss is "simple" in that you just need to be consuming less calories than you burn. But the most efficient way to be in a caloric deficit and the strategies for being in a deficit and not feeling like utter shit depends on why you're fat and how fat you are and how old you are and what set of genitals God bestowed upon you. If it's just a matter of eating a bit more than you should every day over a period of time and turning into a bit of a chonker, it can literally be as simple as adding exercise to your routing (and actual exercise, not just a leisurely walk/bike ride 2 times a week). If you're a food addict or eat a lot of junk, just adding exercise isn't going to be enough unless you're on the Michael Phelps routine. Women have it rougher because the fluctuating hormones throughout the menstrual cycle regularly fuck with their metabolisms/ease of accessing stored calories/hydration and cause cravings. Being on hormonal birth control isn't much better.

A long-winded way of saying that if you're consuming a massive amount of food, especially if you're a woman, the average person cannot feasibly exercise their way out of it. I have a couple < 30 yr old obese female friends who see personal trainers for heavy weightlifting 4 times a week and in the past 6 months have lost maybe 5 or 10 lbs and they're complaining about it. Yet they keep stuffing their mouths.

I thought the last episode was pretty funny, with the farms down and my toaster using all of its power to run a video game it's how I got my Fuentes/Gunt news. PPP just shitting on Ralph the minute he heard he was stream sniping was pretty good. I don't think he was sick with sepsis at all, PPP probably ate too much cheese and panicked like Chantal did.

The minute body builders go off their pure protein competition diets they balloon the fuck out even though they are still lifting and training, but also no longer on the chicken breast diet. Training and lifting can give you great muscles and stamina but you'll still be fat if you eat too much.

Kind of agree. Used to compete in college for cross country and track and could consume calories like nothing because I would also run 80+ miles a week. It was tough to even gain weight after going from running to weightlifting because I had no idea how to really eat just to gain muscle. Anyway long story short I'm adding back in HIIT and sprints just to lose 20lbs because it's really easy to add "mass" but not muscle mass.

Long distance / Cross Country running is the one activity that you might be able to run off the calories but very few people run enough to get to that point, but 80+ miles a week would definitely do it. The average person wanting to lose weight will never get anywhere near the amount of running cross country training entails.

You also drink a fuck load of water to run that much so that helps to curb appetite. Many people eat when they should be hydrating. Marathon runners always look emaciated for a reason. I feel like runner's eating habits differ and they are less likely to gorge themselves (unless maybe at the end of the day) because running after a heavy big meal sucks. Long distance runners are also encouraged to eat lots of carbs because they are actually need that instant caloric energy and burn it off, which is rare.

(I'm still not sold on the anti-carb shit that's seems to be so prevalent these days. I've always had lots of bread in my diet but have never been overweight. Bread was the reason humans were able to thrive and survive. Romans soldiers lamented having to eat lots of meats when in Germania and demanded bread. They flat out stated that bread was what made them civilized Romans and must be supplied. Humans survived for thousands of years thanks to a diet heavy on grains/bread, then whatever bits of meat and vegetables they could add to it was a bonus. Bread with a light dab of fats on it is a staple of European civilization. The problem became when we eat bread plus a full meal along side it.

The average person trying to lose weight would be very lucky to get to the point of running three miles a day. The running would definitely benefit their health but 3 miles a day isn't going to do shit for weight loss if they are eating 3000 calories a day.
