I think Warski is just retarded. He is competent at best with OBS but he's always done stupid shit out of ignorance or laziness that reveals too much. A lot of streamers are like that. For some reason they're incapable of having a clean browser just for OBS, downloading clips and playing them right in the clean browser, disabling notifications, or fixing their window captures so things they don't pop up
