In my view, AF is their worst content. Do you know what gets overlooked? Jewel and Attila. I had never heard of them prior to the recent segment and I found that content to be innovative because I've never seen a woman punched in the face during a YouTube livestream before, I've never seen domestic violence portrayed in a comedic way. I've never heard of anyone having the medical issues jewel has. It was extremely interesting.

I'd like more variety, more variation. Not more AF.

Even Ralph isn't a perfect subject because they often get tricked into thinking someone unfunny about him is funny. For example, his oral health hoax or them laughing at him for looking tired after a five hour show.

I get that you want to see them doing a better show, I honestly gave up on them the last month I only watched the Matokur stream and this one.

But we are talking about PPP and Andy Warsi, they have the mentality of "better milk a dead cow while it's still milking", and for the lazy fuckers would be too much effort to hunt for something new, don't know if anyone else is "helping" them at this point with the content.

At end of the day it's not profitable enough to leave AF and the Pig, In the last stream they made 1200 if I remember right, 1150 was made in the Simon/Af segment, and they worked almost 3 more hours for the rest (lol).

This isn't how you train for boxing, just no. Conditioning is an entirely different thing, usually done with a basketball or something of similar weight and size. You are lying down and that ball is dropped on you repeatedly and the whole purpose of the exercise is to be able to maintain your breathing while SURPRISE pressure is applied to your chest or abdomen. Breathing is extremely important in boxing because Hypoxia is a very real thing especially for infighters that get into slugfests, it will make you feel woozy, your performance will drop and then you go down. What Warski is doing is putting his body in a very bad habbit. See how he is extremely tense and how he has tensed his muscles in anticipation for a punch, that isnt conditioning his body to take a punch. This is reckless, if anything it's counter productive and very dangerous and it's not conditioning your body to take damage. This could really get him hurt. One of those goes to the kidneys and the guy is just gonna be peeing blood for a few weeks. His trainer fucking hates him and i don't blame him cause Warski is a fucking piece of shit, i would do the same. What an absolute retard, he is the Gym's punching bag.
