Great job, OP, this escalated quickly.

I don't know if this goes anywhere, but that Niantic game, Endgame, appears to be based on the YA book series by known scammer/author/publisher James Frey. Scammers of a feather flock together.

Judging by some of comments in this thread I got a sneaking suspicion that Jimothy has read the thread.

Someone generate some AI schitzoslop of Jim getting chased by glowing green Qs. Or, like, the Black QAnon helicopters descending on Jim's compound or something. The Bossman thread has some great stuff, and this guy's delusions are ripe.

The one thing that he kinda names, the Star Trek: First Contact game, I cannot find any proof that it ever existed. The little that I can find about any First Contact game shows that it's 1988 DOS game made by a studio named MicroProse Software, and is considered abandonware. So abandoned is it that you can't even get it on GoG. To be clear he had no involvement in this.

According to Fagwartson, his Star Trek 3D/VR game was made in 1996, not in 1988 which is when Star Trek: First Contact was made. And First Contact was not a 3D game either.

And First Contact makes no reference to being a 3D/VR game

According to Wikipedia, these are the Star Trek games made in 1996:

None of these games are 3D/VR and, of course, none of these games reference Jim's involvement.

Dammit, Jim! I'm a troll, not a retard!

Yeah he had nothing to do with the DOS game which was the only First Contact game that I could find that was released. There were a few others in this thread who talked about a cancelled First Contact game. It even got a demo that came along with some Star Trek OST if I read that right. What they're describing seems to be this game that was being made by MicroProse in 1997.
Jim's claim was that he was making some kind of web game, not something that was meant for physical release. Whatever it was, if it ever existed, it and anything else made by Shout Interactive is long gone and he still shows off that feather in his hat. For as much as people in this thread have genuinely expressed fondness for I Love Bees you'd think that that would get more of highlight than it does on his Linkedin but no. I Love Bees doesn't even get named and the unnamed Star Trek game from almost 20 years ago gets it's own line. This makes me wonder if the First Contact thing was the only thing that he actually created unlike everything else which was made under his doofy supervision so it has a special place in his heart.

As an aside, I have not seen the Why So Serious ARG thing until your post and that I was able to find.
This was made by 42 Entertainment. Interesting. Someone earlier had said that I Love Bees was a bigger piece to the Jim puzzle and I'm starting to believe that. Assuming he had anything to do with the actual production or writing of these ARGs, judging by his tweet and blog writing prowess I'm not so sure of that, then he's got a creative mind that a whole new world in the already existing world. There's a real possibility that he's tricked himself into believing that Flynn is using the same technology that Jim created to corrupt the world and install Nazism into power and Jim is the only one who can stop him! Wouldn't that just be a great story? As I see it Jim is either a really dumb grifter or someone who self skitzoed and both are equally possible to me or mutually exclusive.

Jim never lists what he has developed. The one thing that he kinda names, the Star Trek: First Contact game, I cannot find any proof that it ever existed. When it comes to the Star Trek game, closest I could find is a game from 1988 on an abandonware site. The year fits but it's by a company called MicroMosaics. I'm not sure if this has been found but I thought I'd post it anyway.

You can download the game. No promises that you can get the game to run since it is a 30+ old game.

That's the path to unhappiness my mormon fren, It's okay to like something a utter shitbag does. Oscar Wilde was a child fucking pedophile, but The Picture Of Dorian Gray was still a very good book.
No I get it. At least he didn't touch Halo 2 itself. It's just sad he's associated with it. Makes me shudder.

Associated is probably too strong of a word. His involvement in I Love Bees or any of the others is not exactly clear. I really kinda think he's just taking credit for other people's work. I mean the retard can't even make his own website to put his rantings in despite claiming to have created these, now that I've actually looked into them, kind of impressive, web based, viral marketing campaigns. I'd say he's more of a CEO taking credit for making the Battlefield series when his only involvement was cashing checks.

I mean probably. He just seems to be good at talking to people while his team, the real Chads, make the magic happen. He seems too retarded to make something as good as I love bees.

I've actually met a few boomers IRL who make similar sorts of difficult-to-prove claims about their involvement in obscure software/technology projects in the 80s/90s.

"oh yeah I used to do SCSI interface programming control for nuclear launch codes"
"yeah I used to do hybrid laser disk storage for IBM supercomputer back in the day"
"You know all those parking meters and atm machines? That was me"

It's always a perplexing blend of total nonsense and some aspect of something that actually happened, or a trend that went nowhere, like this guy and his purported work history. If you press them on it they're like "look it was the 80s things were different you wouldn't understand."

My personal theory is this behavior is a cope to deal with feelings of inadequacy or becoming irrelevant.
