Tati Westbrook shared a theory that Jeffree Star is a co-owner of Morphe. The company is now denying it.

In a statement to Insider Tuesday night, Morphe denied the theory that Star is an owner or investor in the company.

It's Insider, but I don't think they would put a claim out like that if the rumors were true.
 
The beauty community used to be a fun community filled to the brim with creative, fun people. Now its filled with bitchy, faggy queens and synchophantic drama whores. I only really started following a lot of the gurus like the month before everything began to break down in the community

The more frenzied the drama channels got, the more the gurus acted out for more mutual exposure and the rapid decline began. Like a speeding train with no breaks gaining more momentum.
Lol now the channels have no credibility and cater to foofoo feelings, reeeeeing about the same 5 YTers and forgetting all about the last drama because someone lilely paid them to. And the """top""" gurus are basically puppets doing shit makeup over and over while smaller creators fly under the radar

Tati is a pearl-clutching moron, but she's really the only person who is going to see backlash (if any). J* is a white gay. White gays are fucking untouchable, especially when they've been wound up in B-list celebrity bullshit and have participated wholeheartedly in the age of the selfie for almost 20 years straight. It doesn't matter who he blackmails. Yes, it's a crime, but like I said people like Jeffree are completely untouchable when it comes to this kind of shit. The fact that the beauty community's resident virtue-signaller needs to tell us that she moved twice because she feared for her safety instead of informing law enforcement just shows that this is an insular community and the minute something bad happens everyone will rush to cover it up instead of doing the right thing. Not to mention that interfering with Jeffree's pecking order will get you labeled a homophobe and obliterate your subs and engagement, even when he's in the wrong.

I don't understand why people are surprised - I first came across Jeff in Dawson's 'lovefest documentary' and I immediately fucking hated the nasty piece of shit - I would not want to be in the same time-zone as the freak let alone in his 'circle of trust'
 
Tati’s an idiot but she’s the only one who’s gonna see any lasting damage from it (luckily her husband is loaded so she can drop her makeup and snake oil hobbies) and that really annoys me. If I have to see Jeffree Star’s embalmed visage and Shane Dawson’s urine stained clothing trending on YouTube forever I’m gonna neck myself.

This shows how fake the series they did is. Will morphe take on Shane's pallette? Will they make this multimillion dollar deal for a record amount of stock for the launch? Will they accept our negotiations?

I mean I knew that stuff would have been worked out off camera first anyway but it just shows the extent of fakery.

Also they had James Charles' anniversary pallette launch bumped from his date so they could launch Shane's.

Jeffree just likes to pretend people are close to him so he can build them up to destroy them. It will be interesting to see what he does to Shane and if he is behind Sonys copyright claims on the beauty series.
 
Miles Jai who used to work with Shane made this in response to Jeffree having a "black boyfriend".

Their statements in their videos make it seem like speaking out against them paints a mafia target on their backs or something, as if they just fucked with Wilson Fisk or Gus Fring and now need to be put into witness protection. Tati literally said she had to "relocate" and that she had to "take serious security precautions" to ensure her safety

It just seems so absurd that they're making this guy who dyes his hair pink and wears a gratuitous amount of makeup out to be this kingpin crime lord just because he claimed to know dirt on some people. Is there something I'm missing here?

Jeffree has a long list of careers he's destroyed. Even if people tried to fight him they'd be given fuck off money and forced to sign an NDA lol. The only people who buy his products are monster sippin Karen's asking about the tea sis. 🥴

During one job I had, I actually met a college-aged customer who was going on about Jeffree Starr and how much of a fan she was. It was kind of weird, just because I always considered him an "Internet thing" that normal midwestern people don't know or talk about. She even was unphased when I brought up that he had some controversy surrounding stuff he did. My point is, some women are really attracted to sexually ambiguous 'bad boys'...I guess?
