The best thing about this is people hate Jeffree so much that I bet you this is going to end with a bunch of people accusing Jeffree of shit. Rather it trends and becomes big? Who knows, but Jeffree has had a lot of people digging into his past, I doubt those people are going to let this end without a little drama on his end.
Chris should ask about James Charles, we all know he's a dangerous pedophile according to Jeffree.
 
I'm attaching the transcript in PDF form, because KF will not let me post this amount of text. That's reasonable, this was an autistic idea.

Notes:
1. I apologize for any spelling mistakes and such, but I cannot force myself to go back and fix them.
2. CH - Chris Hansen, JS - Jeffree Star, DV - Dahvie Vanity
3. I skipped little bits, when they were restating something in an obvious manner towards the end, because I was losing feeling in my shoulders. I don't feel anything important was left out.
4. This was absolutely mind numbing and amounts to Chris Hansen sucking up to Jeffree, plugging his show and advertising the upcoming episodes ten thousand times, while Jeffree goes "dindu nuthin" and puts the blame on everything and everybody else.
5. Drinking game: take a shot every time you hear "at the time", "back in the day", "offensive" and "Chris". You will die.

Just catching up on all of this, as I know pretty much nothing about Jeffree Star's music career, or the musicians or bands he was previously associated with. I know Jeffree Star as the cosmetics business guy.

Anyway, after reading all of the information about this ... Yeah, this is where everyone should draw the line with Jeffree Star.

If the story were just like "I had maybe a feeling that this guy was doing inappropriate things with minors, but I didn't say anything to the authorities because I didn't have proof and didn't want to get into any serious legal trouble," then I'd understand.

This is a whole different level, though. Damn. I'm pretty shocked I'm not seeing much outrage from this? People jumped on the whole "Jeffree stole from LORAC!" shit, but I don't see those same people jumping on this. This is why cancel culture is absolutely ineffective and downright idiotic.

Also, I can't help but think about how James Charles was dragged through the mud with no evidence a year ago, and I'm not seeing much outrage at all towards Jeffree when there's actual video evidence of him on stage with a man being very gross with a minor. What the fuuuuuck.

I never followed Jeffree during his awful MySpace days and music career but admired his maturity over the years but this just shows it was all a complete farce. This asshole should have spend his millions hiring social media managers to purge his Twitter from when he was apparently sucking pedo dick for fame instead of on a 50 bedroom mansion and 20 Pomeranians. How the fuck do you not think to take care of your past irresponsibility after all the shit people called you out on already?
 
I was actually looking forward to drama involving Jeffree Star during quarantine ... I was expecting drama to explode between him and Nate, which would have actually been hilarious.

This, though? This is just gross and disturbing. We can't even have fun with lolcows right now; everything is just so shitty.

I was curious did Nate know any skeletons in Star's closet that could start making an appearance, Jeff has been making small jabs with the video title changes etc cause he doesnt know how to be anything but petty. If more and more people keep posting about about this stuff could Nate start speaking out.

Well, Jeffree did release a new video, watching a bunch of people's TikToks. Lots of Jeffree fans making fun of Nate post-breakup because "He's probably so poor now that he has to work at Taco Bell." Jeffree laughed at them.

Clearly, there's bad blood between them. I wonder if Nate would speak out, too.
 
Dahvie is a shitstain on society but the fact Star was so buddy buddy with Watkins makes my skin crawl, thats 2 relationships with bottom barrel perverts. He also has such a high turn over of friends that magically get cancelled. I hope TehMimi and other creators keep digging.
 
The stream has over 200k views as of right now. The comments are mixed, but leaning towards positive. Not sure if they're moderated. The like to dislike ratio is good, though, so I don't think so. Jeffree hasn't lost any subscribers and his gains haven't slowed down in a significant way. Twitter replies also mixed, but they're 50/50 positive and questioning. No outrage.

This was an ostentatious two-way PR stunt and it was successful.

I really hope word gets spread. He was able to hand wave the Dahvie case away, but people knowing about Watkins would be significantly harder to do damage control on. He's been a cunt for a long while now and a rich cunt for years. It would be nice to see him knocked down a peg or two.

Maybe Nate is the one who's been watering these seeds and throwing these bones.

I don't think it's a coincidence that these old events are now percolating just months after the break up, and weeks after J implied there is ugliness with Nate behind the scenes.

Yeah, in hindsight the James Charles scandal was blown way out of proportion. So many people screamed “HE’S A PREDATOR!!” because he said he was attracted to straight guys and may have hit on some (and tbf, that is not cool). But we have actual evidence that Jeffree was buddy buddy and associated with not one but two known child predators. And everyone is pretty quiet about it.

It’s one thing to be friends with someone and not know about their immoral behavior, but it’s quite another when said friend is openly flaunting their criminal and immoral behavior. From the accounts I’ve read Watkins and Dahvie Vanity didn’t really try to hide their interest in underage girls. If there’s all this evidence of their behavior, who knows what else they were doing behind closed doors? I have a feeling Jeffree knew more than he lets on.

James Charles is no saint himself. A flat-out predator, though? Nah. Sending guys flirtatious DMs isn't predatory. And whatever happened with that bi-curious guy was proven to be false; the guy himself eventually admitted to lying about James putting pressure on him for attention.

James Charles was still advertising melatonin snake oil gummies to his young fans, which is scummy enough. Tati just got assmad that he didn't pimp out her snake oil, thus the blowup. What's even worse is that these drama/"commentary" channels eviscerated James after Tati posted her infamous video ... But the vast majority of those channels didn't even address the PROOF that James later revealed about Tati's accusations being bullshit.

That said, I felt bad for James during that time, because he got canceled over evidence-less claims. Tati and Jeffree should be ashamed of themselves for trying to tear him down like that. It's nice to see that James' subscriber count has been pretty much salvaged over the past year. If he's going to lose subs, then he had better lose them over facts. I'm not even a fan of James Charles, but I don't wish false accusations on the kid.

These makeup channels all seem to be run by psychopaths who are more than willing to abuse their power. It's depressing that they have such a large fanbase of kids.

It's actually horrifying to see just how many kids are Jeffree Star fans. No kid should ever be watching him (and I'm not even including the current shady information that's come out about his past). The dude makes crude, explicit jokes all of the time in his videos. That's fine for adults to watch ... But children? Oh hell no.

I'm sorry, but I'm just going to say it: This drama stuff became the new norm in the beauty community when gay men took over the beauty side of YouTube. 10-12 years ago, beauty YouTube was filled with ladies like Michelle Phan, Lauren Luke/panacea81, and MakeUpGeek-- back when actual makeup tutorials were what dominated beauty videos. Beauty videos have since turned into "If you don't apply your makeup like a drag queen, say YASSSS all of the time, and act like a catty bitch/insert yourself into everything to make headlines, then you won't make it."

In fact, I vividly remember a video of Jeffree Star in his MySpace days teaching a 2 year old child how to say "cunt". And as much as he will insist (incessantly) that "in those days" "back then" it was "the culture" to be "offensive" and he's changed, I'm pressing X to doubt.

To recap, on another episode of Chris' show, Dahvie's former bandmate Jay (I refuse to spell it the exceptional way) claimed that after making Twitter accusations about Dahvie abusing young girls on tour, Jeffree suddenly dropped them and "came on their tour bus" and talked to them like nothing happened - around the 34 minute mark.
