MikeJ recently did a Week On McDonald's. He stuck within their guidelines and actually lost 5lbs.

That poor woman looks like she wants to end it all right there in the restaurant.

what kills you about fast food (the burger joint type) is the side and soda. the entree is usually perfectly fine by itself.

Isn't there that thing where you can leave one of their double cheeseburgers out for like two weeks and it won't get moldy or something like that? Maybe it's quite literally preserving him.

I can't speak on whether McDonald's is capable of preserving a person, but I could tell you about the last McDonald's meal sold in Iceland. Since 2009 it's been sitting in a display case at a bus hotel in Reykjavik

Good for him. If he can eat 162,000 calories of crap and not only get a little fame, but barely gain any weight and look semi-healthy, he's living a decent life. I'm sure he is happy with where he is now, spending his days eating burgers with his coconut cut. That's all that matters. If his body does explode from all that McDonald's, at least he'll die happy.

McDonald's, if they can, should buy the rights to his sodium-filled blood so when he dies, they can inject it into their burgers. That sounds like something he'd want.

Married, too. Checkmate incels.

I kind of feel bad for his wife having to put up with having all those Big Mac boxes piled up in the house and car. The whole domicile probably smells like fast food 24/7 too, I can't imagine it's a comfortable existence.

Your post also reminded me of this. Maybe they'd have more success if they adopted this regimen.

I guess they just quit counting Bob Chipman when he hit the 9 digit numbers.

How is he still alive and not diabetic? I'd imagine that eating that many Big Macs in general would warrant a stroke, or a trip to the hospital.

Diabetes is a failure of the pancreas to produce insulin. Insulin is a hormone that allows blood cells to carry and fuel the bodies' other cell systems with glucose; without insulin delivering the glucose fuel to the body, the bloodstream gets clogged up with too much glucose & that chips away at everything in the form of nerve damage(especially optic nerves), fatigue, loss of concentration, eventually system-wide shutdowns.

If you didn't inherit your diabetes, the fastest ways to trash your pancreas is too much sugar, alcohol, and carbs, in order of worst to least. McDonalds isn't the healthiest food on the planet, but it's fairly balanced workout food for skinnyfats & very low-risk for contributing to pancreatic inflammation or shutdown.

Well yeah, since he was trying to stay under the daily allowed fat content he was only able to eat about 1500 calories a day. For a grown man who weighed over 200 pounds that's a relatively extreme diet. Not to mention the diarrhea he had.

Super Size Me showed that if you eat 5000 calories a day you'll gain weight and be very unhealthy. MikeJ showed that if you eat 1500 calories a day while also dying of dysentery you'll lose weight and be very unhealthy. Neither showed anything about McDonald's in particular.

Well I'd argue both showed that moderation is the key and man cannot live on McDonald's alone.
