Okay so there's this stray grey cat I see rarely. Last time I saw him he was way younger. The cunt wanted in, I know, it's fucking cold. I let him in, assuming he will just take a nap and then piss on the floor or whatever that little shit does, I'm not sure.
So, a few minutes later after his nap he goes and fights my other cat Bob for whatever reason. I don't know which one started it. I got the little shits seperated, and when I tried to throw the grey fucker out he decided to roll over and bite my hand.
Will I hecking die, Kiwibros...?

Soon, you will find yourself transforming. Changing into a new, but powerful form. You shall be...CATMAN! With the power to nap all day and demand others provide you sustenance DESPITE JUST EATING SMOKEY YOU LITTLE BITCH STOP CLAWING THAT, you will additionally begin playing with and/or shitting in boxes as well as...um...yeah, that's about it. Congratulations...?

Wash the wound with water and soap, keep an eye on swelling/inflammation/fever, seek medical help if any of these happen. But unless Bob is vaccinated he's the one more at risk of contracting some nasty disease here.

And ffs don't let strays in direct contact with your cat like that. Cats are very territorial so of course they'd fight once the stray was inside. Kind of you to let the stray in, but next time keep it in a room where Bob can't get in. Don't let them share bowls and litter boxes either. And if you decide to adopt the stray, make sure it gets all the necessary vaccines and meds against any parasites before letting the two hang out together.

Last, but not least: pet'em both on my behalf, please.

Isopropyl on the wound repeatedly. If I get a wound that seems to be turning a color I don’t like, I will usually attempt to debride it myself and then soak it with a small amount of isopropyl. Also put some on before you debride it, so that it is sterilized before you begin the surgery or whatever you’d call it.

Do this multiple times a day if you don’t have polysporin or neosporin or another antibiotic. Get a bandaid and put it over the wound.

Also see a doctor about rabies shots. There is something called cat scratch fever as well but I don’t know if that kills people.

It’s a good idea to get over the counter antibiotics too because some bacteria cannot be killed even with alcohol. I don’t know if you need high strength bleach for that or what, but apparently bacteria that strong exist.

Any deep enough break in the skin can be a problem depending on what gets in it. It's actually pretty amazing we aren't all dying more often because of this and even rarely need legit medical attention.
This is a good point and also OP, if you see a red line forming that moves away from the wound, even if you think it’s unrelated, get it checked out as it can be indicative of an infection spreading deeper into the bloodstream.
