I stopped caring about what retards on the internet think a long time ago. Especially about anything I post online. I don't really give a shit if people agree. If they do that's fine. All I care about is being able to speak freely and say whatever I want within reason of course.

@Saddam Hussain Obama Real answer, you have to humble yourself. That's your pride hurting when people shitalk you, or reject you, or ignore you. Find something greater than yourself to serve, find faith. True lasting fulfillment comes from a life of service to others, not living in service to yourself. It's 100% counter to everything our egocentric culture teaches these days, but it leads to instability. As long as you keep comparing yourself to others, viewing life as a competition, and getting sad whenever someone passes you up, you'll never find lasting peace. Uplift others, show them how to be kind, and then you delight and share in their victories for you put some of yourself into them.

Sit down with a pen and notebook and take a thorough inventory of your values. Bravery, honesty, compassion, integrity, shit like that. Really think about it, dig deep. If you're having trouble, try to find at least one for each letter of the alphabet. Then rank them by how important they are to you. Make these values the stars by which you navigate, the abstracts you orient yourself toward in your daily life. Keep them salient, keep them on your mind.

Now instead of measuring your own thoughts and actions against someone else's ideal, measure their thoughts and actions against yours.
