The best way for the average joe to bring down the farms is a DDoS attack, but that's illegal in most countries I believe and really is only a temporary solution. Overall the only thing you can really do is just wait for null to go broke and not be able to support the forum, or have the public pressure campaign against the farms actually succeed in pressuring the only good hosting companies to drop them and make the website so shitty that barely anyone would use it and the site would have barely have any effect on internet culture. Making it basically dead.
