I love it. : D

Other than that, I'm doing good.

Realized the file that another guy and I worked on pretty much all today and got super refined and awesome... did not synchronize.

And I neglected to grab a copy off the USB drive because we both thought it had synchronized.

And the developer is building it for tomorrow.

I also smashed my phone parallel into a table today because I'm a (real) bipolar womanchild with no self-control sometimes after I got into it with the accountant who I later found out is a little off after his wife died. The company that came to fix my phone couldn't get the front camera working right so I didn't get charged (yet, and they already discounted the price before seeing it) and they're coming back tomorrow.

I'll be honest. Even if I had to pay the full $95 god DAMN that felt satisfying. It's been 4 years since I broke something major out of anger and the last time I did that I put my fist through a wall which I had patched up and textured that evening. I'm not proud but I feel good. And that's the first smartphone screen I've ever broken!

Had a pretty excellent weekend, visited my grandparents and got a chance to talk to my grandpa, who basically always has something interesting to talk about - this time, told me about a guy he had known who was involved in the Warsaw uprising. Very fucking cool.

Today at a school girl screamed sexual harassment because a boy wouldn't stop talking to her. He was then sent to the principal's and was given Saturday detention. Geez, that zero tolerance stuff sure does help!

I went to the Bureau of Vocational Rehab and it went really well. They actually seem like they want to help me and are not like the other VR place at all who didn't really do anything for me.

Finally got a callback after seven months of applying to jobs. Unfortunately, it's an assistant manager position in retail, which is completely unrelated to what I'm about to finish my master's degree in. Honestly, I was drunk and angry when I applied to it, so I barely remember doing so. Still, it's better than being an unemployed loser, so I'm at least going to go interview for it.

Pretty terrible in all honesty. Work is exhausting, hobbies are exhausting, and I'm broke. Slept till almost 5 pm yesterday because shit is becoming absolutely overwhelming.

Pretty much went to the dentist for a check up. My teeth are fine and the pressure I felt in the right side of my jaw may as well been from stress. Later on, I gotta try and start studying for some upcoming exams, make a cheat sheet, and get started on a religion paper.

Went out for the first time in months last night. I also finally got a callback last week, although it's for a shitty retail management job that I really don't want. I'm also getting ready to finish my master's degree in just under two weeks.

Welp, Been on the job hunt. Economy in my area is kinda slow as shit right now, and the need for my trade right now is.... well there is little need.

Ah the joys of a heavily oil based economy. Didn't engage rig-pig mode So i saved most of my paychecks So I got that going for me.

The job I applied to that I'm overly interested in getting sent me an email asking me to fill out a "pre employment survey" with your standard questions on it. That's a good sign, right?!

I sprained my left ankle and bruised my foot the other day, falling off an After Burner Climax machine at my kid cousin's party. Been more or less bed bound these last few days because of it.

Otherwise, been doing pretty good. Rereading Usagi Yojimbo, finally getting good sleep again, and so on.

I had dinner with my brother tonight and after we went to the bookstore for a little bit. He looked at board games and I looked at the books. I lingered for about 20 minutes after he left and got a sweet tea and cheesecake before I went home.

We're meeting again Thursday for dinner before I go to class.

I made some extra money so I bought myself a tablet so I could have a portable computing device smaller than my chunky laptop. I bought an Asus tablet because they were on sale at my work and i get an employee discount on electronics. So far I like it a lot. It's fast and does everything I want it too.

Its the time of the year where its going to "just get busier and busier" for me and the resort I work at. March to August is the "In-Season" here in the Bahamas, when there's more and more tourists.

For the fourth year in a row, its only me who busts my ass, shows up to work every shift I'm on, having to sacrifice what the schedule says is my day/night off, all the while the other workers just stay up in the shade, continuing on in their hen house/Breakfast club chit-chats, and say "Ryan you got a table to clean."

As I'm cleaning like five tables in a row, new people come in to take tables over, I'm the only one who notices, thus five minutes later, while I'm still in the midsts of cleaning my dirty tables, the new people flag me down because they don't have menus yet, the waitresses are too busy with their hen house/Breakfast club games to notice new tables…

Fuck it man, its my day off. time for a *yawn*

Double post whoop-whoop!

Anyway, going back to the island in half an hour. I'm hoping I can actually get to my house though, since my car's been having too much tire problems. Its not too easy to simply get it changed, since I don't have a phone, and its a small island. I've already checked two leads, but I keep getting referred to this other guy, who I'll have to track down. Unfortunately, its not easy to get to his office (you can't walk to some places of the island even though its all on the same land mass, its weird.) but I know of the dirt path. Question is, do I want to go for the 20 minute walk in the hot Bahamian heat?

Oh well, I got a wedding on Friday to deal with, better get my shit together.
