I made a gif avatar from Sabrina the Teenage Witch. It took ages because I had to limit the file size, since the forum has a 150 kb limit.
 
my knee really hurts from from when I slipped and fell backwards yesterday at work when restocking the coffee mugs and the entire mug rack landed on me and cut up my right hand really bad and banged up my knee. Yeah, not fun, but... it could be worse... My hand is already starting to heal quickly.
 
I've been more careful about burning incense in my room since we've been talking about house fires so much.

Heck, I've been more careful as far as not leaving the coffee maker on (it's one where it makes the coffee and has a hot plat that keeps it warm). It's in the kitchen and it's not Keurig, but still.
 
I'm really proud of my sister today. She got contacted by a gallery and is going to have an art show featuring her work! It's super cool.
 
I'm buying textbooks for school this semester, and they are EXPENSIVE. Luckily I have a stockpile of Amazon giftcards to use up...

I sold most of my textbooks I bought last semester and made off pretty well after buying my textbooks this semester.
 
I could be better.
I bought a special outfit to try and perk up my self-esteem and for a bit of vanity but it doesn't fit right in the chest area and I can't return it. It's not a monumental disaster, but I'm pretty disappointed (:_(
 
I have no classes tomorrow.

I've had a good night at work overall. I did make the mistake of offhandedly mentioning that I hadn't gotten an email from my boss in a few days. So of course you know what happened. I checked it and there were 7 effing full page emails. Aaaah coincidences. :D
 
Horrible day today. My little sister OD'd trying to kill herself after her best friends funeral this morning. I've cried and cried all day. She's in the hospital now, but she almost died and it was really serious.

My good mood is killed. :heart-empty: . Worst news I've heard all day.
 
Thank you for the lovely messages. My sister is out of the ICU but she is still not doing so well.

UPDATE: She's awake and they are going to commit her to the psych ward. I am relieved and I'm kind of happy that they are keeping her there. At least maybe she'll get some help.
 
Had been sick for over half a year, but ah well, been putting out job applications. Got my fingers crossed that I'll get a job despite my condition.

Now that the temperature's somewhat agreeable (between 15-30 F, it's a christmas miracle) I've been doing loads of walking.

Got a bigass huge load of rough paper for sketching on (admittedly it's all half-printed on, but hey, free paper!) and so I've been churning out life drawings and trying hard to level up. I've been making some progress.

And I met a little white dog who looks just like an animate four-legged teddy bear!!! I think she was part pomeranian and part poodle. Fuzziest thing in the universe. Her hair was at least 6" thick and super dense, yet light and fluffy.

And my own dog will be dragged around in the snow tomorrow, if the temperature stays good.
 
Been trying to enjoy most of this day. Good things were just going outside and having a good walk through the neighborhood and around the park, the bad is that my laptop might have a problem when I try to charge it. Tomorrow I'm going back to college to attend another semester. Kinda nervous and worried due to what days I have to attend the classes. The days they have the "meeting" seems rather conflicting when I look at what day the class starts (21 of January) and the days I have them. Maybe it's just some kind of error but it does have me rather worried since I don't want to be late on the first day of class.
