About a friend who only exists in your dreams, and they show up in one of your dreams years later, and you feel a longing and emotional connection to them even though they don’t exist? Or you cry when you reunite with them in your dreams after not seeing them for years?

Yeah I’m still sad my dream friend doesn’t exist. I miss Sam kiwis.

When I was in my teens I had a few repeated scenarios that showed up in my dreams, for some reason it always had me led into a private bath with Arnold Schwarzenegger of all people. I'm still confused and somewhat terrified at the thought.

When I was first living on my own for college I remember I had a frequent dream where I was breaking into some kind of museum to rob the place. The interior always looked more like an office building and had some kind of nonsensical layout that made navigating it impossible. The only detail I really remember is how I would give up and leave the place every night, then visit a convenience store nearby for some reason. Guess I wasn't concerned about getting caught.

I have a really vivid futuristic skyscraper dream that's comes up occasionally. The building is like a monstrous version of the empire state building, the interior is an open atrium style with oblong glass floors and hundreds of interior encircling balconies and walkways. There's a large dining and banquet hall on the top levels complete with landing pads and whatnot. Ive had soo many different scenarios in this dream set piece /location, from benign to disasters that ive drawn some of it. The elevator is a turbo lift that makes your gut drop so I always prefer the stairs. Oddly enough as I've been to the top of the building tons of times I've only ventured out of the garage on the street level once and as soon as I noticed how dirty it was along with the general urban decay I snapped awake. I wonder if I got clubbed over the head by a street person for my wallet in that dream lol

At least once a week I have a dream where my teeth start falling out. It's more like they become brittle and start breaking apart, then I end up swallowing them by accident and have to cough them back up.

Every once in a while, I would have dreams in certain static settings (dystopian world, heaven, a bumpy car ride, an abandoned castle, weirdly generic garden, etc). It's like I have a lazy set designer using the same locations over and over.

Often, maybe a dozen times yearly, I have dreams where I'm in a bathroom or a locker room or a hopper room. I round a corner or open a door and it turns out there's a huge area attached to this water-aligned room, one I never saw before (even if the dream was taking place in a familiar setting).

Sometimes it's finding out that a bathroom at work suddenly continues and leads into further cubicles but with showers and sprayer nozzles and metal bathtubs. Sometimes it's going into a school bathroom and turning a corner and it leading into an entire pool area, with the tiling from the bathroom continued but now it's this aesthetically-lit 1920s institutional swimming complex.

I ran across a YouTube video a while back where someone (I think online-famous, not one I follow) said he had dreams where he stepped into the infinite bathroom (not sure if that's the term he used). Lots of people in the comments shared similar experiences. So I'm not special, but it's neat that it's a common theme.

My liminal dream bathrooms always have something besides just toilets, usually showers, but other people just go into a world where toilets stretch out forever, like a copy+paste of the real world bathroom.
