Except its not. Its not accurate or true. And youre coping and seething because people can watch fifteen minutes of a four hour video, observe a lot of bullshit presented inaccurately and framed incorrectly, and justifiably tune out.

There may have been true things said in parts I didnt watch! He may have made great points I didnt see! But he is not entitled to my viewership of the entire video when I observed a lot of bullshit in the sections I care about (how the copyright lawsuits are discussed, which I post at length about in the relevant thread here on the Farms). When someone is bullshitting you on topics you know a lot about, you dont trust them on the things you know less about.

Like, yesterday we literally observed someone watch the Kilo video and be actively misinformed on the copyright case in-real-time. Pretending Kilos video is good on this topic is just outrageous.

And the implied license topic is something I HAVE DISCUSSED on Kiwifarms as Denims's BEST argument in August of last year! But presenting it as anything other than a remote likelihood of success is retarded.

Essentially, yeah.

To be more detailed about it. Texas tried to redistrict their state back in 2024 I believe, they basically got told no by the federal government and the map was stuck in limbo until 2026. They passed it, flipped a few blue house seats red.

Virginia and California responded to this by changing their own maps, with Virginia dems spending around 80 million dollars or something like that for advertising to get people to vote in favor of the new maps. They even got Obama to get involved with promoting the thing, and even then it barely passed at like 52% votes in favor of it. The map essentially linked four separate districts to one major blue area to outweigh the republican voters in the rural areas.

However, recently Virginia's own supreme court struck the new map down due to the fact that the people who proposed it violated their states constitution when it comes to passing these things. The ballots themselves had some very misleading language regarding the maps and their wasn’t anywhere you could easily find what the maps looked like on the government website. The main reason it got taken down from what I understand is that usually they're supposed to get two votes on it, each in a different election cycle, before they can change the maps, which they did not do.

Also recently, the Supreme Court declared that another proposed map from Louisiana was unconstitutional, since it was trying to add a second black majority district. They found that giving minorities their own house districts didn't align with them having "equal protection under the law" since it gave them more voting power compared to everyone else. This started a surge of red states drawing their maps to remove majority-minority districts to be compliant with the ruling. This has taken out a lot of Democrat seats and is going to help the republicans out a lot in the midterms because minorities usually overwhelmingly vote democrat.

Taking all that in mind, this is why Hasan is sulking. The left lost a LOT of money on the Virginia gamble and didn't even get their house seats, while red states are gaining a lot more. I hear that California may have to possibly change their map as well, but I'm not gonna say that definitively.

So yeah, exposition over.

From what I understand they were kind of forced to by a federal court order back around 2024 to comply with the voting rights act, which the Supreme Court recently gutted due to racial gerrymandering being unconstitutional.

Louisiana is filled with niggers with 30% of its total population being black. Its definitely still an overall red state, but throw enough blacks into the races by redistricting rural areas into the urban centers (where all the blacks are of course) and Dems can gerrymander quite a few seats their way with ease.

The republicans were forced to have a certain percentage of certain districts be black due to racial gerrymandering laws. That was RIGHTFULLY made unconstitutional and now they can change the maps back. Obviously they tried to do it in a way that it wouldn't flip the seats, but seats are ultimately based on votes and the more votes you have in urban shitholes the more likely it is to lose a seat to the DNC or for ballot stuffing in urban shitholes to occur.

Will they still be gerrymandered in favor of Republicans, probably but it will never be as egregious as what the DNC is trying to do with gerrymandering every district into urban shitholes through snake maps.
