It's a fashion thing, it's like how models have absolutely no facial expression on the catwalk. In that case it's to avoid distracting from the clothes but sometimes you'll notice other celebrities pick up on it and it tends to be a narcissistic aversion to ever looking "weird" and wanting to be perceived as a cool and serious figure. Kanye West does the same thing, never smiles or anything in photos.

There is nothing inappropriate about what the photo bomb guy did at all they both politely and cordially went about it and it would have made Hasan look like a cool guy if the roach didn't throw this bitch fit. He had a printout of a meme Hasan has posted 5 times himself!
