I was going to say 'that could just be an airsoft gun' but the I realized it has a pistol brace on it, and as far as I'm aware you can have a stock on airsoft guns regardless of barrel length. So yeah, that's an AR pistol, which a quick search tells me are super restricted in CA. They're not allowed to gave detachable magazines, and can only be single-shot (meaning you have to remove the gas block and rack it each shot like a bolt action).

Edit: I searched for the legal restrictions for airsoft guns in CA, they can't look like real guns and have to be brightly colored like some super soaker.

Ninja'd so I removed my archive, but just the little bit that I saw from when the clip was downloading (~30 seconds) is really disturbing. Dogs will communicate to each other boundaries and that can be healthy BUT confining them so that they're forced to interact rather than be able to disengage is not.

- Hasan admits that putting them in a confined space together isn't a good idea (both dogs are in a baby gate play yard that's about 5'x4')
- Fiona is already growling at Kaya for getting too close to her face (Fiona is chewing on a hide-- does Hasan know whether Fiona is food/treat aggressive and if she would actually hurt Kaya? I doubt it or if he cares. After watching this, I think he might enjoy it.)
- "Kaya being the little bitch that she is (I want to emphasize that he actually sounds angry every time he talks about Kaya), is bored of the attention that she's not getting from Fiona and is doing everything in her power to be more of an annoyance and more of a nuisance" (Yeah man, that's how puppies behave??)

That's to long for a brace. If that's a pistol brace then it can't be telescopic like it is in the picture, like a normal AR-15 stock, or else that makes it an SBR (short barrel rifle) which is treated the same legally (federally now, we've left California) as a full-blown-get-fucked MACHINE GUN. guaranteed felony.

Oh that's interesting, because it clearly looks like the barrel is less than 16 inches in length. So no matter how you look at it, he's violating some gun laws. Either Cali compliance laws, federal laws for SBRs, or has an airsoft gun that violates CA laws on looking like a real gun.
