He didn't say he's been on TRT for years, he said he's on a pill that blocks a specific form of testosterone that makes you go bald. Sam Hyde is now taking the same thing AFAIK after he realized how big his bald spot is.

DHT blocking medication is for men producing too many testosterone byproducts, it does not boost the testosterone of those with low T and is not "TRT". Side effects IIRC can include having broke dick, shooting blanks, and growing man titties.

He says he's on HRT which for men is almost always TRT. DHT blockers are not HRT and no one should ever say they are if they know anything about them, but they are used to combat some of the side effects of TRT which can include hair loss. I read it as he's on TRT and he takes the blockers to keep his hair. That's the only way what he's saying makes sense.

I'll never understand why so many man are giant pussies when it comes to balding. Just accept it. 95% of men are going to go bald eventually. They either hop on these dangerous drugs or they fly to turkey (ironic) and get awful hair transplants that never look right.

I consider myself fortunate I'm nearly 40 and I'm still a Norwood 2.

Finasteride is an anti androgen and is a component of HRT (which comprises multiple different medications, differing depending on your sex). There are tons of men that take Finasteride/Dutasteride to combat hair loss and have never touched any Testosterone boosting medications. You think all the bald fucks in ancient Rome were shooting up T?

It can be used as part of HRT but it by itself is not considered HRT and I don't think anyone would ever call it that. I never said TRT was required to take it you're just making stuff up now.

Just checked and one of his quoted tennents is "TRT for all" so yeah.

Genetics plays a big factor and nobody in my family has gone bald but let’s say I did.

I would just embrace it. I’m already married and I grow a good beard. I don’t need to impress anyone but clients anymore and a guy in his mid 30s being bald isn’t uncommon. Yeah I’ll just be bald. Why the fuck not?
