I remember one of my old literature teacher used to teach us how to judge a person's character, and one way that's certainly 100% correct is to look at how a person treats animal. This is the moment when all your doubt should be cleared that this nigger Hasan is fucking evil and should be hanged for public's safety.

It also occurs to me that Hasan probably had no dog culture passed to him and doesnt understand the gravity of his undertaking. I almost want to make excuses but then I remember youtube exists and that he is literally on it.

Also people like this will ruin dog ownership just by engaging in it (poorly). Just by being here. There is less and less open space, trails are packed, dog parks are downright dangerous. Why would the dog have the collar indoors if it's not...
People who own big dogs do not generally keep the collar on them all the time, specially for mastiffs or mastiff mixes that have a gigantic neck and most collars in the market would for sure be tight and uncomfortable.

The benefit of the doubt in this case is like 2% out of a 98% almost certainty that it is a shock collar, it just doesn't make sense for the thing not to be one.
