The fact that it's a fake gun would be a totally reasonable defense if it wasn't for the fact that the other guy got banned for calling for him to be lynched. It's not like he had a real rope. Either they should both be banned or neither should be banned.

The fact that it's fake means literally nothing. If you have a fake knife and you hold it to someone's neck and rob them, it has no bearing on anything that it was fake. If you brandish what looks exactly like a gun at someone, it doesn't matter that it wasn't a real gun. It's not a reasonable defense that it wasn't a real gun any more than it wouldn't be a real defense if you said "I am going to come to your house and hang you to death" but didn't actually own any rope.

It doesn't matter how many state laws he breaks, Gavin Newsom would keep him from getting in real trouble in Cali the same way that Twitch CEO who's gay for him keeps him from facing consequences on Twitch. We have to hope he breaks some federal laws

I feel like California would have an issue with modifying a BB gun to look like a real gun and using it to intimidate someone. Idk, seems like something that California would make illegal. I'm too lazy to check myself though

A big part in why people tolerate Hasans bullshit is because he's a queerbaiting autist that has developed this "shy silly lil guy" persona that can do no wrong.
