I think personally this whole Antisemite of the Year thing probably once had some merit to it -- in the same vein that awards ceremonies like the Oscars were once relevant. Just a guess here, but I can see organizations like this originally launching the Antisemite of the Year as a means to draw awareness to notorious white supremacist figures, back when hate groups had more political power. Think of several decades ago when the KKK and Neo-Nazis actually had some clout -- and weren't a handful of feds LARPing. There was probably a time when the original Antisemites of the Year were notable figures from Stormfront or the White Aryan Nation, and were listed as such to draw awareness to those groups and their power. Nowadays it looks like a parody concocted by /pol/. Jesus fucking Christ, that washed-up actor from Better Off Dead? A fat sheboon politician? Some irrelevant con artist who faked being a millionaire? A communist Twitch streamer with a room temperature I.Q.? This is embarrassing.
