Haven't watched the video myself, so maybe he clarified this, but you need to have passed the bar. Going to law school alone is not sufficient, as Hasan orbiter Mike from PA discovered many years ago when he claimed to be a lawyer while running for office

An attorney is someone who has passed the bar and is licensed to practice. A lawyer is someone who graduated from law school. But if you misrepresent yourself as professionally practicing, that's a separate issue from whether you call yourself a lawyer or attorney.

I came across the Pennsylvania Supreme Court opinion about his case.


The issue was that he listed his "occupation" as "lawyer," when he was not actually barred. And he knew this was a defect because he testified to the court that when people asked about his occupation as a lawyer, he immediately shrank back and would qualify his statement.

Q: You said people asked you -- some of the people when you were getting signatures asked you about what you listed, lawyer, correct?

A: So, people would say -- you know, they would look at the petition, and they would say, “Hey I see you’re a lawyer,” and I would say, “Oh, you know, I haven’t passed the bar yet, but I plan on taking it sometime in the next year.”

This response indicates Mr. Beyer, himself, readily differentiated a lawyer from a law school graduate yet to take the bar, and suggests he believed electors would likely hold the perception that being engaged in the present “occupation or profession of lawyer” means actually working, or at least being eligible to work, as a lawyer in the ordinary course of one’s professional life

There's also the potential argument of it being .22 LR.
1. A .22 LR Glock looks completely different:

2. If it was a .22 LR conversion kit, the barrel would still be protruding as that's just basic gunsmithing common sense. You have a shitton of energy coming out of that hole so you want it to dissipate out into the open.

As guns are so commonplace in the US, it is legally required there for airsoft replicas to have a distinctive orange tip to make it clear they're peashooters. You can't really look threatening and manly on a livestream brandishing what's visibly a toy, so you'd take it off to make it look more like the real deal. Chances are it's been designed so that when you take it off, it still can't pass as a genuine weapon, so the dark barrel protrusion comes off as well and you're exposing the recessed airsoft barrel.

Though feel free to disregard everything I've said and mock me since I'm a European that only ever shot a 9mm handgun once at a firing range.

there's tons of pictures of flush fit glock barrels and you can just swap them out

however, the size of the guide rod and the barrel hole is inconsistient with 3rd generation glocks. it looks like it has the bigger gen 4 hole with the guide rod screw, which are apparently not legal in california? so i guess that's why people are questioning if it's an airsoft gun. i would assume so based on that information. it does look a little too boxy for a gen 3 but it's low resolution

100% airsoft/bb gun, that barrel is way too small for even 22LR and no reputable manufacturer would use that massive eyesore of shiny shitty aluminum to fill the slide. On the off chance it is a shitty 3rd party conversion, I wouldn't fire that thing unless it was tied to a string and I was at least 100ft away behind a shield. If it's illegal in my wannabe commiefornia state to remove the orange tip, I'm positive it is on multiple levels where he's at. Doubt anything will come of it but a man can dream.

People are getting way too autistic about whether the gun was fake or not. The reality is that IT DOESN'T MATTER!!! Real or fake, Hasan should have been perma-banned for it like so many others before him.

Its just more fuel to add to the fire that Twitch protects him from on high, while punishing others for the exact same "crimes".
