Simple answer is because he doesn't hurt the bottom line. The CEO loves him like he loves titty girl streamers. Hasan just happens to be particularly prolific because he thinks like his demographic (spoiled 17 year old girls) and it helped him network and grow a huge audience when paired with his starting boost from Uncle Chunk Ugly.

Their ideology is based on a racial class system and therefore is exactly racism.

You could also think that if you say white people are discriminating because they have the power according to their logic. It is the power that is discriminating. Therefore nobody in his chat can discriminate him because he is a powerful streamer and they are just normal users. But somehow he still think he is the victim, if he is criticized by a "powerless" person, although he is clearly the oppressor in his own ideology.

The consequent logic would be: They can say whatever they want to him and he cannot be discriminated or insulted, because insults are so definded that only he can insult and discriminate them and they cannot insult or discriminate him.

But if wokeness disbenefits him, he realizes that it is a wrong ideology, because he does not believe in it at all.

Because these things are reliably documented (text, video, audio), the "I never said that" defense is a blatant lie, unless you go for "this is a deepfake" or "I've been hacked", which are very dubious. Given that these things are reliably documented, the only sensible defenses are "out of context" or "just a joke".
