That wasn't goldy that was the Kaientai feud with the big Valvoski that culminated with Val being rescued at the last moment by John Wayne Bobbitt talk about both tasteless and dated.
Pulse from Deadlock had a much better idea on how to cap off that feud: Val Venis comes out the next weak and explains that his dick was so hard and strong that the sword broke against it. Then Wally comes out with a shattered katana, somber and completely defeated, and surrenders his wife.

My spin on it was have the camera crew come too late and see them running out of the locker room in a panic saying something about how Val has Godzilla in his pants.

I think the more important matter is, who the fuck cares either way? Hulk Hogan worked with, drove with, and ate with black wrestlers for years and rarely if any have had a cross word about his conduct regarding how he treated them versus how he treated his white colleagues. I'll take decades of decent behavior among black wrestlers over one snippet of audio from a drug dazed and depressed Hogan as a more concrete examination of his character.
Vince even said he wasn't happy with the LA fans who booed him on Jan 6th, and I gotta agree 100% with him, especially since it ended up being his last WWE appearance ever, he doesn't like some asshole fucking his daughter and apparently he's the worst person ever in wrestling to these redditor faggots, its like they cant process in their heads thousands if not millions of people who arent famous have said or will say the nigger word in the future, it says a lot when some leftist white guys are still getting mad at him when you have guys like Booker and D-Von saying while they think it was bad at some point you gotta move on and wrestling wouldnt be where its at today if not for him.

This might surprise people, but JC Bailey died very young from a drug overdose. Shocking, I know.

And you can listen to his dad call in and drag Ian Rotten for paying his son in drugs!

It was more like 40 seconds but way too long either way.

This woman could be the greatest in ring worker in the world but that promo is so bad that it wouldn't matter. Just dreadful.

Did he end up being the one that shut off the lights? I don't remember the full thing but I thought Val says it was shrinkage that saved him and they just brought Bobbitt out to sell the idea it got cut off and he was giving Val emotional support or some shit before the reveal and then it made no sense to have him out there. It just seemed like one of the Vinces remembered that news story and wrote the angle just as an excuse to get him on the show.

John was the one who killed the lights and they had him and Val come out at the next raw and he had a towel over his junk pretending, just another event in why I consider Summerslam 98' the turning point in the attitude era because by years end they were getting away from the wacky Jerry Springer show style sex shit what with Val and the artist formerly known as Goldust in his blue hair and lingerie phase and unfortunately it wouldn't be a whole lot better cause we'd get the Corporation and the Ministry in 99.

Welcome back Chico

Still crying about muh leftists in muh rasslin

sad as fuck

I take back what I said about Hogan being the 2nd most influential person in wrestling (after Vince only). I read up more on Gorgeous George and I think he was actually the most influential ever.

George wasn't the first wrestler to have a gimmick but he was the first to make it into a huge draw. When TV first started to take off, networks wanted cheap programming that would make viewers want to watch. George's matches were a big part of this because he was such a showman, which resulted in him being a national celebrity and, reportedly, he was one of the most responsible people for TV taking off. So without George, there really is no 80s wrestling boom or Hogan.

The true Wrestling Mount Rushmore should be: Gorgeous George, Vince McMahon JR, Andre, and Hogan.

Hell if You wanna go that road Billy Graham is more important than Hogan
I'd simply agree that Graham was more influential than Hogan, but definitely not more important. Billy could have been even bigger than he was, but couldn't get past his personal demons once he had to drop the WWWF title to Backlund. It's a shame as he could have been able to use that success to score some great paydays at big events before his body started to break down, but instead, he went back to Arizona to sulk.

EDIT:spelling

This is a bit of a hard sell given one of the things the man said was flat out I am a racist.

I think to people of a certain age racist = refusing to work with a black person.

So Hulk has no issues sharing a locker room, or having a beer and doing business with black dudes, I think to a certain generation that is the bar for "not racist." I think younger generations have a much higher bar for what they consider tolerance.

I'd probably put someone else over Andre. Maybe Stone Cold

Yeah, exactly. George was basically the Hogan of the 40s-60s, though. Mainstream, made wrestling popular, etc...

This hogan TMZ doc which is only 40 something minutes spends a bit too much time very loosely recapping his career.

The wackiest part is them pretending he had a great movie career. He had one good role then the rest are literally laughed at for being so shit.

Vince says Hogans comments were unforgivable and he was aghast and it wasn’t like Hulk.

Henry flat out says he said he’s a racist why would I think anything different. Mark tried to take him on a black college tour and told Hulk not talking about it wasn’t a good move.

“ I knew he wasn’t racist. I’ve known him for years. He said some racist things and he should pay for that and he did.” - Vince on bringing him back.

“We all make mistakes that was a big one” - Vince.

Makes sense BBC cuck Vince is saying Hogan had to pay for his comments and shit.

Henry just basically said I saw Hogan on the Trump stage being like wow “somebody still loves me.” Basically saying hulk did the trump stuff cause it was the only crowd he had left.

“ I don’t think it’s ever fair to judge somebody on their worst moment” Foley

I'm pretty sure it was more about him appearing at the Trump Rally. That was a lot more recent and Los Angeles is full of illegals.
