Allegedly" Don Callis sexually harassed or assaulted(I've seen both used) Scarlett while she was in TNA which lead to him leaving.
This shit is exactly why I believe that idiots on twitter who call out WWE but are completely silent on or even exhalt AEWs morality are hypocrites and shouldn’t be seriously considered as far as any opinions on wrestling go

I looked at Callis Wikipedia page and there's nothing mentioned about it.

I know wiki is to be taken with grain of salt, but you would think that would be mentioned since there's proof he was investigated.

I think he’s had other allegations as well, and I doubt he’s the only one in AEW, Jericho is certainly still on the roster despite the Kylie Rae situation, TKO are certainly no saints but these people who believe Tony Khan isn’t protecting immorality are wrong, His dad is also a gross figure with stuff about his soccer and nfl ventures

I don't know what it is about modern wrasslin that just... doesn't interest me anymore.

Maybe it's the wrestlers not being 50/50 roids and coke anymore, I dunno. It just feels different.

Is new stuff worth paying attention to or is it just going through the motions?

would be a stretch to even call them fans if im being honest, seems like another one of those "Whine about Wrestling" channels I doubt this guy even watches any wrestling, probably just wants to make ad revenue from retards clicking on his channel
The vast majority of these reviewers are rage baiters. JDfromNY (the guy in that video) is a particularly notable example of someone going on over-the-top pissbaby rants over nothing. The only guy I can really tolerate listening to if I want to hear someone else's opinion is Solomonster. The worst I can say about the guy is that I disagree with some of his takes, other than that he's level-headed and doesn't act like a sperg.

People think AEW is this morally superior company when they have skeletons in their closet as well.

Whenever these releases come up smarks go into Fedbad mode. They praised TK for not releasing people and paying them to their contract expires. The thing is most of those people will never be in a major promotion again (Big Swole, Marko Stunt, Joey Janella) but the ones with actual talent (Starks, Ethan Page, Fenix) wanted their release so they could work.

When Cardona got released from WWE and showed up on AEW he had 3 match deal to see how it worked out. He's said he talked to TK and they wanted to sign him and were gonna send him a contract and just never did. Apparently that's TKs thing is just ghosting people.(Besides Swole she just sucked lol)

Say what you want about WWE but they run an actual business. Pepsi Phil was right they're not in the same business.

so killer karrion kross got fired, his contract expired or they are doing a lame shoot reverse brian pillman contract angle . and who the fuck cares.
i swear this guy is so bad that they passed on doing a cuck angle a la miro or a another sable-marc mero situation.

I haven't watched much lately. It's definitely not what it used to be and kayfabe is basically dead, even on Raw

WWE has kept me and Papa Howler thoroughly entertained since 2022 for the most part.
Basically my opinion on current WWE for the most part, I don’t usually catch RAW or Smackdown in full anymore because they make it easy enough to watch the segments on YouTube but in terms of actual PPVs i absolutely watch it live it certainly keeps me sports entertained for the most part there’s certainly head scratchers at times (Lyra vs Becky being the most recent example) but i can’t say I’ve watched a WWE PPV that was any lower than a 6/10 recently and it’s usually anywhere from 8/10 to a perfect score in terms of content

Same here, he's the only wrestling podcaster I can listen to since he doesn't act like a spoiled smark brat whenever he talks.

When you have clowns running your company, they tend to do all sorts of shit.

Naomi is apparently injured according to WWEs twitter account and her title defense against Iyo is cancelled tonight would suck if she had to vacate the belt considering the fact she’s had a good year as a heel, they’ll probably have Vaquer go up against someone else for the vacant belt at Clash if the injury is real I’d assume, but whatever they do I do think they should save her and Rhea for WrestleMania and that’s the first time I’ve said something along those lines for anything in the women’s division

I just had another wrestling youtuber with barely 100 subs and views recommended to me with a headline “Kross EXPOSES Triple H and WWE!!!!”. Comment section praising AEW. Wrestling youtubers, SRS, and Meltzer all should have their own lolcow threads.

This is exactly how I feel. I catch Raw every now and then, but the PLEs are always solid. The Triple H era overall has delivered great content, so the fact that we have wrestling fans bitching that Kross is gone seems wild to me.

Is Karrion Kross just Triple H's Zack Ryder? Guy who gets himself over using social media and is seemingly punished for it. At least Ryder got to keep his job and randomly win the IC title at Mania.

He's mad the ones he keeps trying to get over (Priest, valkiyra, bailey etc) never do so he spite books people like la knight. Then again I never found cross interesting at all

They opened the show with addressing the injury, but did not say the championship would be vacated. So perhaps it's not serious and the match has been postponed for another time.

If true that sucks, up until a few months ago I could care less about Naomi. But since she started sperging out and riding that scooter she's been pretty hilarious.

Not at all. The main difference is they pushed Kross hard and he's had the machine behind since he came to the company. The problem is all the things that make him appealing don't transfer to in the ring and it just falls flat. No one cared about him until he did his "shoot" promo at the WWE HOF and the IWC determined to not get work started the buzz is this a storyline or shoot?

Zack Ryder went from being Edge's flunky to sitting in catering and the verge of being released. To getting himself over with no help.

He did something no WWE wrestler did before and started a YouTube channel in 2011. He got himself over with the fans and went from catering and no merchandise to winning the US title and being one of the biggest merch sellers in less than year. He had a huge social media following before people realized how important it would be a few years later (and before bots and other things that skewed actual followers)

If you go back and watch Ryder matches the crowd was pumped. With Kross they're on life support.

Unfortunately WWE decided to make an example of him and almost shoot killed him when Kane rolled him of the stage in wheelchair.
