this has been confirmed for awhile, im thinking we get Seth vs Roman 1-on-1 and Cody vs Cena rematch, I can't imagine Cena goes past Summerslam with the belt given the fact his appearences seem more sporadic after that
I don't want Cody winning the title back so quickly. He held the belt for over a year and can stand to lose to Cena again at SummerSlam before winning it on the third try at Survivor Series. From there we can finally get going on the Cody and Punk feud. The last month of Cena can be him as a babyface again, just enough time for one last feud against a heel for him to put over. It feels like too big of a gap between SummerSlam and the end of the year for Cena to not have the title.
I get what your saying but Cena only has like 8 or 9 appearances after Summerslam and the twitter marks would bitch if we went a month without the WWE Title being on TV, I don't think they would have a WWE Title match at Survivor Series either either considering the fact they are retardedly insisting on War Games being the theme, if Cena doesn't lose it at Summerslam its definitely before Survivor Series, still I do hope we get a Punk match regardless of whether or not Cena is the Champion

The PLEs after SummerSlam are Clash in Paris and Crown Jewel: Perth, and I don't know if WWE would want to do the title change in a foreign country just because they're not "normal" crowds which gets mentioned all the time. So it's either SummerSlam or Survivor Series. I could see the Punk match happening at Money in the Bank as a callback to their 2011 feud. There's an easy way for Cena to win with Rollins and his crew costing Punk.
I'd go with Cody vs Punk just because I think it's time for a WrestleMania main event (as in the actual last match, not including night one) to not have run-ins and a bunch of shenanigans. We got that three consecutive years. Cody and Punk could have a straight up, no bullshit match, which would be a breath of fresh air.

I was gonna disagree with you but after thinking about it and just thinking about the sheer number of celebrity matches that have gone on (everyone from Mr. T, Jay Leno, Dennis Rodman, Shaq, etc.) I can't imagine 'the boys' would have an issue with someone like Logan Paul coming in and making more money for everyone and I can't imagine Kenny would be ignorant of that, either.
