I wouldn't normally have a problem with someone getting in a beef with Jim Cornette, because Jim can deliver great comebacks, and like you said, between them, Jim is usually the one who carries the most weight in his arguments because of his experience in the business.

But the way that Matt did it bothered me a lot, it was very fucking obvious that he only did it because he only wanted to get good looks by Tony Khan and the Elite, and the full meltdown he had with Brian Last on Twitter, and the fact that Jim wanted to give him legimitate advice to Matt to make his own promotion on North Carolina and helping him to how to do business with the TV networks over there and how to properly do events, and Matt just spit on his face considering the way he treated him during his AEW run made me think very low of him, he's a snake.

theres nothing wrong with that imo, makes sense from a business perspective, granted Jey has the worst promo ability among Rikishis Kids, but its not something that people under the age of 18 are going to overanalyze

The adult wrestling fan that bitch and moan about companies targeting some of their characters to kids, annoy the shit out of me.

It reminds me of the childless weirdos that go to theme parks like Disney and complain about all the kids there.

Half of these wrestling purists can't move on from the 80's when pretty much all of the shit was targeting to kids. Cyndi Lauper wasn't bringing in the 40 year olds when she was working with the WWF.

exactly, these are the same type of Smarks who think the shows automatically suck if everything doesnt appeal exactly to their specifications, WWE is obviously going for the broadest appeal possible, like not every wrestler im going to care about but I can appreciate a wrestler even if I don't particularly care for them getting over with the crowd, I once went to a show in 2013 I was like 17 at the time and the younger Cousin was like 11 or 12, we were watching Cena against Del Rio and Cena was selling a drop kick or whatever from Del Rio and my cousin was chanting at Cena to get up then some Neckbeard in front of us turns around and tweaks out at him for being loud or whatever, like dude your at a wrestling show its going to be loud this isnt a fucking formal orchestra, the older cousin who took us later told me he almost wanted to punch out that guy, these are probably the same insufferable types that justify everything AEW does

yeah, ive gotten more and more anti-MTX as shit has gotten worse with Multiplayer games, no one wants to spend 20 dollars on a pair of Jordans for your CAW, especially thats on top of a $70 dollar asking price, not to mention the shit ive heard about people who are into Basketball trying to play NBA 2k in Franchise mode or whatever they call it these days and it gets no updates because they rather focus on the MTXslop modes, if 2k starts doing the same shit with wrestling games I just wont spend my money on it, maybe ill get a cheap PS2 for HCTP or whatever because im a Singleplayer semi-purist at this point

Probably ignored it since they couldn't profit off it. Now she's in the HOF and on a legends deal they can milk it. I wouldn't be surprised if we see a lot of Bull references in LFG now. Especially if Alundra Blayze becomes a trainer, which is something she seems interested in doing.

New Jack I suppose is a safer choice now that he's dead they don't need to worry about him murdering someone at an indy show or talk about how he shared Terri Runnels (?) nudes.

Abyss probably was easier since TNA and WWE are together now and Joe Park is a Producer. Just sign the likeness over if Joe doesn't own it.
Overall it's great to have these additions and makes me hopeful for more additions in future installments. I hope we can get a Paparazi productions Nash and Alex Shelly at some point.

I will say thinking about it Bloodline Rules matches seem like the most WCW match type and I can't wait to recreate every closing Nitro in 1999 by having the most bullshittery around.

Another reason to despise these IWC smarks in general. I remember getting amused at Hurricane back in the early 2000's despite the fact that he's marketed to kids. You make a kid a fan of wrestling and he/she will eventually buy a wrestler's merch when he/she has the money to spend on.
 
watching 2001 nitros (lol) and sean ohaire was celebrating post match to the shitty NBT theme.. when buff randomly appears on a turnbuckle and blockbusters ohaire. the music instantly stopping pretty much the second ohaire hits the mat made me realize that is one of my favorite (tropes?) things that happens that's an unwritten rule in wrestling: if somebody gets their ass beat while their music is playing, the sound truck needs to cut the music as fast as possible. only exception to this rule is tazz

made me wonder what the in universe kayfabe autistic logic would be behind that rule. besides just so the poor bastard don't get stomped out while his own theme music is playing and end up with theme ptsd or something

IDGAF that he scammed the government out of welfare money (that most likely would have been pissed away into something anyway) he is still the greatest heel wrestler and Money Inc was a great heel tag team.
