I've said this before here, but the first few years of AEW were "OK" at best. They seemed like a fed with promise if they properly built up some stars and shaved off the indie excess. Maybe, several years down the road, they could compete as a viable alternative to the WWE. Then TK started to sign every WWE castoff he could, and he blew what little momentum they had. For those pining for the "good old days" of AEW, when they were in their "prime"?... AEW never had a prime in the traditional sense. If they fold tomorrow, anyone with sense, arguing in good faith, would acknowledge that AEW was a never was... not even a "has been" because they weren't around long enough, and never had enough of a genuine impact on the wrestling scene (beyond a money mark owner throwing around absurd contracts to people that didn't deserve it) to reach the "has been" level, let alone actually compete with the WWE.

But, because of TK's deep pockets (via his daddy) AEW will lurch ahead for as long as the money holds out, likely to continually diminishing returns.

yup, thats the issue with these wrestling fans, they are a bunch of impatient faggots who demand to know everything beforehand, if WWE doesnt spell it out for them in one week they flip the fuck out and say "WWE Le Sucks !" theres nothing TKO could do the please these the retards, im fully convinced they didnt start watching until like 5 years ago at best because they dont have a grip on how shit 2018-2019 was, I rarely use twitter anymore because of this.

its still shocking to me how tough enough managed to have exactly one success story that being The Miz who is a 2-time WWE Champion and had several tag and midcard title runs, the rest just getting shitcanned like 2 weeks after they won lol

I am a Hardys enjoyer somewhat, but godamn they really should have retired like 5 years ago, last thing I want is another death in the ring, especially with Jeff
