I've been thinking about it and, realistically, I think it's the power of the mullet and almost never seeing what Rey's face looks like. But I still want to believe.
Rey looks like a weird baby Danny Divito facewise iirc

Okay, yeah, Dom looks like a young Rey.

Dom just needs an Eddie moustacho and he looks like Eddie.

We need to MKUltra Dom into growing a moustache. And we need to MKUltra Triple H into a hair vs mask match between Dom and Rey (Dom wins).

I notice WWE seemed to have a lot fewer words disclaiming Raw's status as "longest-running" compared to what I recall from some years back.
Did something change or did they stop caring?
Honestly I always assumed that was claim a Vince-ism, just Vince beating his chest through commentary about how long RAW had been on air without missing a week. With Vince no longer at the helm, there might not be anyone who cares as much barring a milestone episode.

Speaking of Milestones, old news but still pains me - Roman has apparently held the Title longer than the Attitude Era was a thing. Please God make it End, I couldn’t give less of a shit who does it at this point.

I glanced around a bit, looks like Sazae-san was on hiatus for a minute during Coof so maybe it's that, not sure about Simpsons
But yeah it was a lot less "the longest episodic continuous entertainment tv show on tv" or something weird and so long that it was clear they weren't the longest anything, tonight seemed a lot shorter.

Do yourselves a favor and watch Miz's match with Gunther from tonight. It's honestly mental that The fucking Miz is having barnburners at this point of his career. And this is without flippy shit and going out of the way to sawdust himself.

CJ Perry had to go in for an operation on her finger after an infection got worse and spread further. I hope they caught in time. I had an aquientence of mine die from an infection he got from cutting his hand.

PowerTown Wrestling will be making figures for TNA. Their figures aren't bad. Terrible plain bodies but decent likeness for the face.

Dominik has also been trolling Phil on X by showing him a clip that led to his first injury returning back into the ring and saying "Punch me like that". Didn't think the WWE would allow that.

I noticed that Gunther used Okada's finisher towards the conclusion of the match. Since taking control, Trips seems to have planted seeds of big names coming or returning to the 'E (see the speculations before Punk returned). Since it was reported Nakamura has been trying to persuade Okada to sign with WWE, this may be an indication he will join the company next year.

The rumors at the moment are saying that Okada recently hired the same talent agent as the Elite and Ospreay so he's most likely heading to AEW on a sweetheart deal where he can still work big NJPW events.
