Her neck or back is fucked. And it sucked that she had to retire in her prime considering the horse women were called up around august.

I believe he'll probably appreciate just how professional the WWE is now, especially with talent relations (no more Laurinaitis) and realise there's actually nothing wrong with the operations or inter-talent communications.

Injury wise I think he'll be fine, WWE wrestling is much slower and about slams and suplexes, not stupid fucking Canadian destroyers, larriotts and dance choreography (ballet dancers break their shit all the time too).

I fully believe the Bucks and Kenny are going to cause AEW to implode in the next year. The patients run the asylum there (2001 WCW vibes).

My favourite conspiracy right now is that the Bucks knew about Punk signing and that's why they retired BTE and went on hiatus merely days before Punk debuted. They don't want to spend the next few months getting pelted with CM Punk chants.

Also on that note, anyone else find it weird how not a single thing leaked from Punk's camp?

I mean all his injuries were self inflicted, not some kind of over the top and crazy move. No clue what the future holds for wrestling promotions, AEW lost me as a regular viewer months ago due to it becoming insanely boring and not having any real coherent storylines but I watch on occasion and read what is going on. It is just a matter of time until Punk implodes or injures himself, I just never saw the appeal of him to be honest.

I hate how AEW has gone to shit. I don’t even watch it. But if it goes defunct, the WWE will go back to sucking because they’ll have a monopoly.

I think the moment AEW went to shit was Taz’s “sloppy shop” comment. It showed that they really cared what WWE was doing, and it was in bad taste. It had that big leftist hypocritical energy, and when Jon Huber died, it made them lose all credibility. Even though Huber died from something unrelated to Covid, it still left a stink on AEW that they were unprofessional clowns.
 
its pretty incredible how after ROH adquisition they devaluated all their fucking belts. this company grew to fucking fast and that will be their doom

They haven't "retired" it, it's just on hiatus since they're going heel again with Brian Cutler and Colt.

Steel could be busy with Impact.

I’m assuming Punk knows he’s on a short leash, considering the damage he’s done to his own reputation, and didn’t want to risk his payday. That or they saw everyone already speculating that he’d return at Survivor Series and didn’t need to say anything, good odds either way.

AEW going to shit as quickly as it did has just made me appreciate Impact/TNA more. Wrestling’s DSP will outlive us all.
