I think he's had 1 hip and both knees operated on or replaced in that time frame but yeah he was looking rough

Well thank God for that. I presumed they weren't going to sell tickets at all and the show was going to be held in an empty stadium.
Seriously, this could have been a lower third graphic during the main event or whatever. I know it's a big deal to TK but it just gives the internet another chance to mock his "earth-shattering" announcements.

Dom being seven times taller than Rey isn't that weird, iirc Mysterio-ii tend to be big lumbering heels more than tiny flippy like RMjr, but he really really looks like Eddie in a lot of ways
Mil Mascaras was working matches well into his seventies and only stopped because wuflu shutdowns. He looked better than that. Like holy shit at least put some fucking pants on the man so it can almost look like his legs still work.

It’s really funny how things have turned out, now the hardcore AEW fans are malding over Impact going back to the TNA branding because they are scared to lose the coveted runner up position

He'll probably punch Kenny, he's more than likely wanting to take it. Though it would make it harder to continue with his Captain Insano character or do funny skits still with the AEW crowd
Such is the case with people with gigantism and some big guys like Kevin Nash who can't walk without destroying something in his legs. I just hope Big Bill will learn to work smart like Kevin did later in life before he ends up the same way. Big guys should immediately start working that style to save their careers and potential life. Break out amazing spots only for important angles and PPV's.

Per Fightful, AEW and WBD still have not come to terms on a new deal. Tony wants a big increase and the AEW and ROH library streaming on Max. WBD is not agreeing to that, and they want to bid higher for NBA so they obviously won't give AEW much of an increase. No one else is bidding on AEW given their abysmal ratings, so Tony can either accept a pittance or fuck off. I guess I meme'd the universe into actually cancelling AEW lmfao

Damn, that really sucks because I liked the Big Show. A big man who could be funny. I still remember that time he had a rap battle with Cena and it was when Kobe Bryant was charged with rape and Big Show goes "In this ring, you're the white girl and I'm Kobe Bryant!" The crowd loved that one.
Question: why was he less mobile in his early WWE days versus WCW? Seeing his WCW matches is like seeing a different guy because he was taking some good bumps and was way more active in the ring.

In his early WWE run he was just really overweight. They essentially had to tell him lose the weight or lose your job.

Show was pretty young in his WCW days and was way more willing to take bumps, that's really it. By the time he got to the E he had already punched his bump card a bit. Also Vince preferred his big men worked a certain way and that the little guys get to do the big flashy moves. I think it might have had to do with how Vince got into the business when Andre was at his peak, and then watching how he turned into a crippled old man in constant pain by the end.
Knowing Tony he will want Beeg to do some yummy wummy spot for him so he can fish for more Meltzer stars.

RAW is also having issues. Nice of you to not point that out though. Streaming deal is also only for AEW. There are some places that would consider taking AEW as they're still rather cheap and cheaper than WWE like Fox. NBA is most likely going to NBC.
According to TK himself he would like to stick with the WBD as "no one if faithful in the business" or some such nonsense but any smart businessman would be fishing for more opportunities.
According to Nick Khan they'd even be willing to move Raw off of Monday night for a better deal. Smackdown has been seen as "football proof" in the ratings and wont need to go anywhere. Raw probably wont see similar price like Smackdown either give how bad their ratings have been recently (Smackdown got $1.4 billion)

Fightful article said Tony wants AEW and ROH on Max. No one else is bidding on AEW or we would've already heard about it. That would be because, that's right, their piss poor ratings. Pretty sure the Danhausen DLC pack actually caused the sales for Fight Forever to rise. He might have some pull with Tony now and he is trying to ruthlessly exploit it to milk the money mark before the house of cards falls apart.
Does anyone remember the story arc where Trevor tried to pretend he was friends with Becky Lynch online and that she had personally told him she would soon be coming to AEW? His proof that he had a personal connection was a bunch of baby pics with Becs someone had stolen from her private insta account and leaked on /asp/ a couple of weeks before. The guy is in his late 30s, has never worked a job in his life, drinks HEAVILY, spends upwards 20 hours a day pretending to be the leader of the IWC, and his greatest achievement in life is his Sisyphean struggle to become Tony Khan's biggest ballwasher.
Speaking of ballwashing new WOR is up. I haven't listened to it yet, so no clue on what cope there will be.

Smackdowns deal was renewed, Raw's has not. Only thing people know about Raw is that they and NXT are moving. They only have a year to go before they need to find a new home (September 2024).

The one guy from OSW has a better history with Becky. At least they still talk when ever she's around visiting family.

Dralístico has signed with AEW. I thought he was already signed with them. I've been liking him with Rush and Vance. Having Rush care about wrestling has helped all three of them. Before Dralístico was just another lucha jobber there and Vance was just a guy a dead guys son liked and was an Great Value Wardlow.
Reason for Ronda to be at the Revolver show was because she wanted to help out the Hawaiian charity they had since her husband is from there. Hopefully that's all.

CMLL have some fairly hefty demands in their working agreement with AEW.
Their talent isn't allowed to appear on the same show as any AAA people in any capacity. If AEW want to have lucha "dream matches" they'll have to sign the AAA guys full time.

Yeah, I read the report Rocky Romero gave about it. Personally they're better off with CMLL than AAA. AAA has just been fucking them over. They want to work with WWE because they think that will happen again. Getting the Mexican Day Labourers back in the 90's is the last we'll see of such a deal and the whole Lucha thing soured on them after Sin Cara flopped. CMLL will also mean better NJPW deals and TNA deals since I think they still work with them. As does MLW after their September deal. We may eventually see a MLW, TNA, NJPW, AEW, CMLL international alliance of sorts.
Now they just have to help Ring Ka King to return since there were reports they wanted to and the seemingly dead OWE.
