They hardly got a reaction last night. You expect that with a casual, American audience and not a lively, English crowd.DON'T FUCK UP THE VAUDVILLAINS, WWE
It just proves that few talents can be debuted cold on the main roster. Something like the Vaudvillains need vingettes and hype. They need build for the gimmick to work. They hardly got a reaction last night. You expect that with a casual, American audience and not a lively, English crowd.
Well, since the finals will take place at Payback, next week's RAW could have promo segment with the two teams and give the Vaudvillains a chance to speak. It just proves that few talents can be debuted cold on the main roster. How fucking fantastic was the Miz and Maryse mocking the prince of England? These two are fantastic heels
Sadly "have heels the crowd want to see get beaten by the faces" is a radical concept in WWE.Roman Reigns is quickly becoming the heel we all would like him to be. He comes out, doesn't give a shit and says stuff that will almost certainly get him booed. Even with Gallows and co attacking him from behind the crowd (Which was mostly dead) literally burst into cheers. If Reigns carries on down this path, I can see money in fans paying to see him get beaten.
The Miz continues to be one of the top heels in the company and him fighting Cesaro at Payback will be my personal main event, because the Miz is the heel you want to see get beaten up and Cesaro is the face you want to see beat him up. THIS is what you call using your talent effectively.
He was basically a more dangerous Shawn Michaels without the political capital
They are more consumable on television than live because of the graphics and such. A brand new Vaudvillains to a Brit audience that probably has been much more lightly penetrated by the WWE Network (and hence NXT) probably don't know about who and what they are. They remind me of the old tag teams from the 80s. Back then most of the tag teams you couldn't ever see being separated because they were so tied together in their gimmick. It just proves that few talents can be debuted cold on the main roster. Something like the Vaudvillains need vingettes and hype. They need build for the gimmick to work.
Tmz is reporting that Chyna has died, possible drug overdose.
It's also confirmed on her facebookTMZ link here, so you know it's true...and Im only being semi-sarcastic as TMZ generally gets this sort of thing right: http://www.tmz.com/2016/04/20/chyna-dead-wwe-legend-dies/
This'll be the most awkward wrestling post-mortem since 2007.Anyone want to place bets that Sean Waltman is a hot mess at the funeral?
With wrestlers it's more like dozens. So the "everything comes in threes" came true with deceased wrestlers. First Blackjack Mulligan, then Balls Mahoney, and now Chyna![]()
He won't be there. From shoot interviews there is a deep seeded hatred.Anyone want to place bets that Sean Waltman is a hot mess at the funeral?
