See people forget Rock only knows how to tell stories like blockbuster movies and when you make a sequel to a big budget movie you just do the first one again.

So Rock came out on the first Raw of the year to a nothing segment, then he had an awkward segment with Cody after the Rumble people disliked and were confused about (last year Cody giving up the match to Rock, this year Shang Tsung,) now they do a great segment that turns everything around (the Mania press conference last year, Cena turn this year.)

NOW this year's mania actually becomes interesting, I remember when the Rock took to his final boss persona last year that made XL way more intriguing, I guess this is the story they wanna do and I'm all for it.
 
Thank God that Juan turned because goddamn Rocky's promo sucked ass. I haven't been paying attention, is his gimmick now that he is going to make wrestlers his sex slaves or something? What the hell was he talking about lol. Then the look Juan gave Rock when he was hugging Cody... lol
 
I guess we should have seen this coming, Cena did say that when he was gonna turn heel way back when he would've showed up less. On a different note, Logan really deserves some praise. Coming out with the flag was a great move, not only that he also let people slam his head directly to the glass and the chains repeatedly instead of using his hands like a pussy, he's a great worker and makes everyone including himself look really really good. He also eliminated that lousy shitter Damian Priest so there's that too. The only thing that continues to piss me off is how Drew is booked but after today I think creative deserves my patience, there's been too many roll ups for there not being a payoff so I'll try to wait it out and see what happens.

Don’t care. He’s entertaining in the wrestling ring, he’s a great heel. I would have him cheat to win one of the belts and piss off the audience.

Cena always reminded me of Hulk Hogan in WCW. Just a stale character that never really grew into anything more interesting. I think a lot of people forget that Hogan was in WCW for a number of years before the NWO story line. He was really starting to bomb with audiences and PPV numbers were dropping. The heel turn completely reignited his career.

I sure as shit didn't expect the Cena retirement tour to include a Hollywood Hogan heel turn.

Personally, I waited a whole decade for this to finally happen. Now the only question I have now that finally turned Cena heel, what are they going to do with him now? Are they going to bring his old thuganinomics gimmick back, or are they going to have him and the Rock form a modern version of the NWO or give him a similar "Hollywood Cena" like gimmick? 🤔
 
Honestly I’m glad Cena turned heel. Never thought they would have the balls to do it but fuck man some of these marks got worked into a shoot. Fucking love wrestling sometimes man.
 
I just got off the phone, talking my nephew and niece through the process dealing with a true and proper heel turn. My sister in law was like "you got these kids into this crap, you deal with this!"

I had that same conversation with my mom years and years ago when Hogan turned, and I couldn't handle it as a kid.

Just...bravo to the talent, the production, creative, etc. This shit is cooking right now.
 
What the fuck was that FTR v. Undisputed Kingdom match last night.

A restart when FTR won and after that FTR Gun spends 10 seconds tapping out right in front of the ref but he ignores it for some reason. Just an utter clusterfuck.

He looks like his head has shrunk, the proportion of his head to body was kinda jarring. And his face looks super youthful compared to his hair and the rest of his body. Doesn't matter I guess he can still go and can still cut a promo
