It seems WWE is still deciding whether or not to have the WarGames matches be teams of four or five. Dakota Kai looks to be still not cleared for action, so the heel team is fine if it's going to be four participants. As for the faces, I think Jade Cargill will be added since the women's division on Smackdown needs some fresh talent. If they decide to go with teams of five then Damage CTRL could have a call-up from NXT. One scenario I would like to see, but doubt it would happen, is to have Cora Jade be part of the team with Damage CTRL while the faces have Jade Cargill and, for Survivor Series, Meiko Satomura. Cora has not appeared on television since "leaving" NXT in the summer and she has stated her inspiration to become a wrestler was seeing Bayley's match with Sasha Banks at the first Takeover: Brooklyn event. As for Meiko, it would be a spectacle to see a legendary woman wrestler in the same ring with some of the best currently in WWE.

Shotzi will be part of the face team besides Charlotte and Bianca. Charlotte already teamed up with her and yesterday on SD she came to help Bianca and Charlotte after Asuka turned heel.

Anyone else getting tired of seeing Darby Allen on television? It's become quite obvious that he's only winning matches because he's one of TK favourites. Why else does he have such a win streak and get to work with all of the major names that come to AEW? His matches are all the same, there's very little character growth.

Other than that, this Collision wasn't as good as last weeks. At least in terms of wrestling., it continued to build up future storylines though. Can't really say I'm looking forward to Friday's show unless they stack the card but considering Smackdown might be the same old shit it'll do I guess. Only thing interesting going on there is Damage Control.


Meanwhile in DDT, Jericho beat Takeshita.

Yes. Because Tony has done the same thing with Darby he did with Orange. Took a baby face who should only be winning occasionally, and made them into a "wins lol" wrestler. Him beating Archer was mind boggling, especially with Archer debuting a new faction, who were just going to become immediate jobbers against Sting and friends.
 
If Randy really ends up coming back at Survivor Series, I hope he snuffs the fuck out of Cody, not because I don’t like him, but because I need that feud now. Especially if Randy’s in one of his “I do actually give a fuck.” moods, which I think he would be since he actually likes Cody.
 
Randy needs to beat Roman if his in that mood. Go full on crushing Bloodline and finally crushing Roman at Mania THEN pull the trigger on Randy/Cody with Cody going heel against Randy.

I think that feud needs to be for the title, as that gives it the bit of spice needed for that "ultimate showdown" thing.

Unfortunately, Roman still has another year to beat Hogan's record, so, uh... get comfy.

I’m still worried that Vince’s only demand upon giving up the book was to finally break Bruno’s record. In which case, the ride never ends.

Could be worse - at least there isn’t anyone delusional enough to think that anyone beating Moolah’s Title Reign is a good idea. Though Tony Khan and Billy Corgan both book wrestling shows, so shit there might be people that delusional…

How bizarre (taking into account the history of both TNA and wrestling's carny origin as a whole) that other than the weird half-baked attempt at trying to "cancel" Rick Steiner, Giselle Shaw hasn't been involved in or provoked an unecessary shitshow despite being the booker's ladyboyfriend.

Seeing how troons everywhere else stick out like broken thumbs and can't stop causing problems just for attention, it's honestly weird.

I don't get why he deserves a near 50/50 win loss record. Scott must really like trannies to do that for a person who's shite. Though he also get's that on the indies too.

I had forgotten that Bishamon were the tag champs until reading through the teams. Since it doesn't look like it'll be Okada and Tanahashi for the 100th champs, perhaps it'll be Narita and Umino? DespyWato were quite popular as a similar odd couple pairing during SJTL.

No idea what possessed Tony to send coconut AoP though, were they the only people he could convince to do it? Is he really slotting them here to build them up to use in the future?
