I do love European managers managing in the Premier League and doing nothing but whine about how the Premier League needs fixed. Chelsea boss is fuming about random shit, Ralph Ragnick has been here for like 2 weeks and already feels the Premier League should be transformed into a speculative art piece, and as for moany cunt Klopp, enough said.

Half of the reason you fuckers are here is BECAUSE you know damn well that Bundesliga or Serie A doesn't pay anywhere as well as this, and the high pay is primarily due to the Premier League maintaining its own value with big things like Boxing day matches, a competitive league and barely any club winning the league for more than 3 times in a row. If the Premier League was like the Bundesliga with Bayern winning near enough every title bar the odd few for 50 years then it wouldn't be worth shit worldwide.

As the January transfer window approaches and United appear to be in an uphill battle for a top 4 spot, Ronaldo might looking for a way out.

The article claims he reached out to Pique, who in turn reached out to Messi to see if Ronnie could rent out his vacant house in Catalonia. Probably just wild speculation but who knows.

No way can Barcelona afford his wages without offloading half their team. They just bought Ferran Torres, and apparently the only way they could afford his lower wages was thanks to Aguero getting vaccinated.

Read the article. It was Spanish April Fool’s Day.

God I love how Ronaldo has bombed so much since moving to Man United. He scored for fun for like 2 games and has become a major passenger who is straight up compromising their entire attack.

For like 18m or so and nearly half a million per week.

To be fair, the entire team has bombed.

Any transfers you hoping to see happen for the respective clubs you support during this winter window?
West Ham?
A striker (like we needed in the summer and not more cams. Id take Jlingz back though)
A centreback as Ogbonna is basically going to be out for the season and wont recover at his age, and Zouma is potentially out for a while
Maybe a LB, Cresswell has a broken back and Masuaku is a disaster. But we could probs survive without it, Johnson looks alright as does the kid who played the Zagreb game (Longelo) so maybe that'll be alright

Id really like the PL to transfer some non-crooked refs in though

I think I chose the worst team to support (given my standing on the people who claim it to be thier club) after being constantly foiled by them in Fifa 06 Manager Mode specifically Edgar Davids. Tottenham Hotspur.
I have been keeping more of an eye on the Seria A the past few years because its just a more enjoyable league to watch. Also Lazio and Di Canio's antics do bring a smile.

Its not too late to support a club that's less of a joke, like Derby or something
Oldham is waiting with open arms.

Since I last posted about the FFP rules and ongoing drama in the Championship a few pages back, Bristol City reported a loss of over 30 million pounds! So that's another club possibility getting a point deduction on the horizon with Reading. Meanwhile with Wales COVID rules potentially locking matches either behind doors or forfeiting early, that could see Cardiff potentially down into League 1.

What a shitty way to end the Championship if all goes ahead. Multiple teams in the negative and another year of a dire Peterborough United.

Oldham depresses me.
Its crazy how they stayed in League 1 for something like 20 years and now within a couple of years they're on the verge of losing league status. They'll be playing my local club if they get relegated, if I go to that match it might be awkward.

Feel sorry for the 'other' clubs in Greater Manchester. As well as having the two megaclubs to contend with, at the lower level you have fake clubs like Salford and FCUM there to hoover up what's left.

What's mental is that Oldham were roughly equals with Man City, back in the late 80s and 90s, and defeated them in the FA Cup as recently as 2007 (I think).

Yep, I don't really feel sorry for clubs that slip between the cracks. There's a hilarious amount of clubs that have essentially been dying on their own arse since the invention of the motor car or cheap trains, but for some reason have soldiered on. Why would the average person from Bolton support Bolton when they could just support one of the Manchesters (which are within their own catchment area)?

The dark reality is that there's been a cull needed for decades because the average Conference North club that hasn't turned a profit since 1900 really shouldn't be constantly bailed out. It's adapt or die and when you see 50+ clubs within a single county something's gotta give.

Tough loss for Arsenal today, they deserved at least a draw. Maybe now they’ll finally understand it’s never a good idea to have an Albanian in your squad.

Never knew how insane this was. I love channels like this where you can see matches you normally wouldn't or didn't know about

I'm seeing that result.

I will always hate that day as a neutral. Blackpool was such a refreshing side to the league and instead, had to suffer another year of fucking Wigan.
