Am I missing something here? Yeah, it's peak consoomer and it's not something I'd want to spend any time in, but unless those plushes have holes in them it doesn't seem that bad (I just noticed the body pillow as I was typing this and that does raise some red flags). The bedclothes look like they could use a wash but at least the room's relatively clean.

The two body pillows, the mound of plushes, mlp/helluva boss paintings, boxed funko pops, something I forgot to say is that I was being told by the guy that sent me this photo is that the person behind it was in his 40s, which really painted a much horrible image inside my head.
Or maybe I'm scared more of people that are insane and show method to their madness and apparent cleanliness than just being filthy and chaotic.
