Ralph actually resolved a case more or less in his favor. Ralph is a better lawyer then Nick.

I guess that proves alcoholism isn't what's holding Nick back, and we know lawyers functioned fine in the 80s so it isnt the coke either.

Maybe Nick is just not a very good lawyer and only got his law degree so he can say he's a lawyer and sound more important than just being the beneficiary of a fortunate and wealthy background.

TBF, Ralph´s case was pretty simple. He did awful things during his life but he has never had such disregard for society, decency and his family as Rekieta does, every day. Ralph is morally and ethically superior to Rackets, that´s why he is free, bish! GOD´S PLAN!!!!!
