Honestly, I don't have the energy or will to care much about this. Sounds like NH libertarians are a mess. The most pathetic part of this is that Karlyn is claiming to be persecuted for religious beliefs. People understand that some people overcome childhood trauma. Karlyn fails regularly to condemn pedophilia, says that maybe you need it to become a great rape counselor someday and went as far as to say that you should not stop someone from becoming the victim of a pedophile.

If your religion says that no one should stop pedophiles, you deserve to be persecuted for it.

Here's a question I have. How did her mother become in any way involved in this? Was her mom in the groups? There's no reason for anyone to have sent that message except in response to something said. Was her mom intervening on her behalf and they did not know that Morrisette was her maiden name?

That's a very good question. It does look like what mother Morrisette included in her message to Karlyn was incomplete. Not enough context there. But we are talking about Karlyn Borysenko, the most disingenuous and fake person on Twitter.

Whatever the case, she will certainly milk this mom-messaging incident for months. As if someone sent her gramma dick pics or committed some other obscene act. I'm underwhelmed myself. At worst, I'd say it was a mildly inappropriate action that would be best left alone and ignored by Karlyn. But again, this is Karlyn, and it's all about HER.
 
Karlyn spent a few days blathering on about the libertarians. The problem is, no one cares. The only ones who cared are the ones involved in the drama and the drama impacts a tiny number of people, so Karlyn was not getting attention. My personal prediction was that within a week she would drop the libertarian drama and move to something else so that she could generate the attention she craves. Spoiler alert: It was way less than a week.
