The stuff like it can be things like tarot cards, ghosts, etc.
Anything involved with magic or the supernatural and if so why?

OP, magic and the supernatural are not real. Period.

Nothing exists in contradiction to the laws of nature - only in contradiction to what we thus far know of them.
Cool story bro

I know personally someone who practices "magic" for years.
Interestingly, he claims to not have much in "mystical" experiences or shit like this.
He is open to the idea that all the charms and shit are some kind of advanced mental conditioning technique, but doesn't rule out actual stuff happening....

I’ve noticed that there are waaaay too many normies who casually believe in ghosts and I just don’t understand it.
There was a place we stayed at in a school trip to Scotland where several others had trouble sleeping due to spooky stuff like phantom footsteps in their room. I was tired enough to sleep like a rock and didn't notice anything besides a general creepy vibe. The next morning we were told of the family that got murder suicided by the father there, so the general creepy vibe made sense.

I know the universe is aligned against me, so I guess I do have magical thinking.

Like, it doesn't oppose me, it's not malicious. But the universe fucks with me in various ways to let me know it knows that I know that it knows.

Examples~

1. Driving down empty residential street, suddenly ambushed by activity like "street washing' or a random guy swinging a hockey stick. I can't just drive down the fucking street and get bread.
2. Pharmacy or other mission; what are the odds I would be behind the same type of problem customers every time? A billion to one?
3. I have to see something gross every day I leave the house, it's punishment for daring to do so. Like, I'll be stopped at a traffic light, I look to the left, and there's an oppossum's head sitting upon a brick wall looking at me. Just the head. No reason.

I know I deserve it, and I am not complaining, just sharing.
