My cat had kittens, but was rejecting them. ... and in the end they all fucking died anyway. The case is a bit special because these were babies with problems ...

If the kittens had problems, then the mother cat was rejecting them for a reason. It sucks, but that's nature. (And could've been easily preventable in the first place if Dame had bothered to get her cat spayed like a responsible pet owner.)
 
So uh, hi. I've been lurking for a little bit but this thread finally made me join because holy shit I know this girl. Or, well, I knew her like 10 years ago. I had no idea she'd gotten this bad -- I haven't properly interacted with her since... 2007 or so.

Unfortunately I don't have any specific stories, but here goes.

Back in the far off days of 2003, when I was 9 years old (I was a kid on the internet before it was cool, it seems), I was a member of a Hamtaro fan forum (in my defence, again, I was 9) known as Ham-Ham Kingdom. Sadly(?) no traces of HHK exist, as its many incarnations (three at least, from memory) have been deleted, and last I checked, you couldn't access them from Archive.org. Anyway, I digress.

Dame was one of the members of that forum. I don't remember much, but she was a self-proclaimed grammar Nazi, complete with the swastika altered to look like a G icon (at least after 2005-ish). I'm not sure if she did this herself, but there was a group of people who'd welcome new members with things like "*rapes you* :3", and laughing at the people when they got upset. Admittedly I partook in this behaviour, but I had no idea what the fuck I was doing and was just trying to copy the cool kids. I still hate myself for it.

After one of the many times HHK was deleted, her group set up the forum again and she was made an admin. (I think I was as well -- I was at least a mod). Perhaps this encounter with power was part of what made her change.

In 2007 I created a forum with the sole purpose to talk shit about HHK members without them bitching at us. The front page still exists. I wasn't the one who wrote the description. I seem to recall that one of the header images we had was a drawing the HHK creator Haru (who in and of herself would have probably deserved her own thread, but she passed away from cancer a few years ago -- despite being a Jesus freak who was certain she'd be saved) being raped. I'm not sure if Dame drew it or not, as a couple of other people in that group were artists too.

The fact that she became such an SJW is amazing to me. I'm sad I don't have any of my old files, because I'm sure some of her old shit would be on there. On HHK, pretty much everyone had a "hamform" (basically a hamster fursona) and I think she had one herself. Maybe.

Although, it appears her old DeviantArt has been archived. If this has already been mentioned I apologise, I was too busy laughing.

EDIT: This is a particularly amusing one because of her journal entry.

Of course, she could have taken the smarter route of seeing if there were any animal welfare organizations who would be willing to take them in, because, y'know, that's kinda what they do. I'm going to take a wild guess and say an organization like that would have more of the know-how and supplies to deal with such a thing.
Alas, Dame would then have one less thing to complain about on Tumblr.

AIM convos from 2006. Her name was "Punched Kittens". Yikes. And one from 2009.
-Results from online tests. Thought this in particular was interesting.
-Colourful language, including calling girls whores because they assumed Dame was a virgin. Also "That's just fucking retarded anyway" (in reference to sleeping with someone because they're "easy").
-Rolled down the window of her car to shout at a random passer-by. "Called them a "dick-faced douchefuck.". "The kid in front of me [at school] has ceased to really communicate with me." That was one smart kid.
-I bet this would be considered racist by today's Tumblr standards.
-Dame really hates phones.
-The best post on her entire fucking journal. No, I'm serious.
-Hellsing shit that would probably be considered cissexist.

The animal thing is absolutely true, though, eating whales and dolphins is acceptable in certain regions of Japan.

Also, yeah, fuck classic American literature, I'm going to read this popular novel by a modern satirist instead.

Really, going this far back feels like a cheap shot, but considering the callout post she made that started all this and is still being talked about on Tumblr, I guess it's fair game.

My bad, I wasn't really thinking. I thought it was something of interest, given how much she's changed, especially in terms of offensive language being used and whatnot. It was mostly a "hey she used to be like this and I found some amusing things" type of thing.

I don't doubt it, but I'd be very surprised if pedophilia is "not looked down upon in the least".


EDIT: That is to say, I would be surprised if pedophilia was considered acceptable by Japanese society at large.
