It was really the collar that made me think it was ddlg. I've seen the exact collar on a bunch of those girls. It's pink and definitely made for humans. I've seen the nekoboos wearing animal collars too, but those were like ones you could actually get from Petsmart instead of the ones made for kinky people.

I recently had a similar experience whilst on holiday. Was in a EuroShop with my friend and two girls come in, one of them with a dummy/pacifier in her mouth. In public. I felt a little weirded out and wanted to say something to my friend but decided against it.
