Hey dillweeds, you aren't progressive or shaking shit up from drawing lesbian ships. It's the most common thing on the internet. I doubt Pinkie is shaking anyone up and she's just trying to seem cooler than everyone else because she un-ironically likes G3.
Also genderswapping is fun. Even if it makes a couple hetero or homo or whatever ((I'm sure if someone made a lesbian ship a gay ship she wouldn't mind)). It doesn't mean you hate gay people, it just means you are experimenting. Stop trying to stop others from drawing what they want.

I'm really not sure what to call this but this pattern of 'overly open fetish oops now hide it all' seems to be a common cycle in the more social justice conscious communities. I'm reluctant to say SJW here but I first noticed this in what I guess would be considered proto-sjw behavior in livejournal communities. I'll try to break it down:

People were getting grief over their weird but harmless fetishes, so it became a thing to ask people to not "kinkshame" as long as the persons weren't like, shoving it in peoples faces or otherwise being obnoxious about it. Which I thought was fair enough.

However that started cycling into people being super open and constantly rambly about their fetishes (ala candygorefuck), still asking people to not kinkshame still. I will give dragondicks credit, she at least kept the porny aspects of it on a side blog/twitter? I mean the gore fetish is still there and everywhere, but it's not as obvious or blatant without the fat dicks here and there.

It then cycled into "fetishes are okay EXCEPT WHEN IT'S PROBLEMATIC", at the time however it only seemed to mean noncon or ageplay (shota/loli etc.) was problematic, except if it was used therapeutically/cathartically for abuse/child abuse survivors? Notice that gore/guro never seems to come up with this, that all seemed to be totally fine.

Now it seems to basically have cycled back into free for all kinkshaming, except instead of hassling people for weird but harmless fetishes, it's hassling anyone for anything that personally doesn't make you rock out with your cock out/jam out with your clam out under the guise that it's "problematic". HOWEVER!! Gore still never seems to come up for this, which I flat out do not understand.
