Idk if there's an english equivalent, but in Sweden PC-types are now calling disabilities "variations of function". It's ridiculous. If I've got just one leg it's a disability, not a god damn "variation".
A lot of people with disabilities feel this as well, it's like some people think it's "too crass" to call someone "handicapped" so they have to downplay the hindering effects on people's lives and claim that "people are just different"!
I get that some do this to try and encourage people to look past their obstacles and find ways to do things anyway but it's such a stressful notion that even handicapped people are allowed to set limits.

It's really about minimizing other's disabilities because they are upsetting to the cranks running the euphemism treadmill.

In other words, "Saying your leg is crippled upsets me by reminding me of my own frailty, so let's pretend it's just a cool variant!"

I'm really pushing hard to get "physically retarded" to catch on

POC (People of Color)

It especially grinds my gears when used by people who continually screech about diversity and inclusion.
Not White people, and White people- which any toddler not raised by overweight blue-haired millennial activists could tell you is about as exclusionary as possible (POC basically equals everyone but you white folk) - and clearly defines an in-group, and an out-group- exactly the opposite of "inclusion" (Hey, let's be inclusive by excluding those nasty-ass whites!)

Now add the fact that the definition of who qualifies as POC and non-POC seems to fluctuate depending on the mood and what identity group is currently en-vogue (hey Asians, I'm looking at you! In some contexts you all are considered white, in others you arent! - and Italians are always told they are white even though they were discriminated against in the past but just didn't cry about it- but some race hustlers have started calling Italians "White non-whites" or some such nonsensical classification!)

"Asshat". I used to think it was funny, but now it gets used by every Twattertard on the planet. They sound like they're 12 years old and just discovered George Carlin.

I hate the term "brown people" because it's conflating numerous ethnicities that often have very little in common. Black people in the US are an actual ethnic group with a shared history and culture. "brown people" is just a wokelord term for people who want to virtue signal about how much they care about POC without having to care about the different issues that concern Mexicans vs Puerto Ricans vs Arabs vs Indians

FWIW I have noticed that it's usually Indians who latch onto this term and flog it around anyone with the misguided patience to listen.

Pajeets want us to think they're on level with wetbacks.

Call it confirmation bias, but every time I see a semi driver do something egregiously idiotic, it's a Hindu.

Sex positive" They make it sound like it's someone who just doesn't care what people do in the bedroom as long as it's two consenting adults, but mostly the only people that use it are weird perverts that have to broadcast their sex lives and accuse anyone who's uncomfortable with it of being a prude, sex negative, kinkshamer, etc.
These are the same people that fail to grasp that many people believe both in the idea that was adults do discreetly is their business and that the same adults should have enough discretion to not unnecessarily powerlevel about the things they do behind closed doors.

"Kinkshaming" itself seems to be a piss-off term intended to unironically shame people for their preferences,

I felt similar about the term "assclown." It sounded a bit cutesy as if it was something one might hear in a show/cartoon with adult humor. Unfortunately, it got overused to the point it sounded more annoying that anything. I even knew of a recreational sports team that tried to call itself the Assclowns until the city's league director shot it down and made them pick something else.

Another modern term I hate is "cursed".
It used to mean unexplainable, unreal or supernatural but now it's just anything odd.

I was recommended a video that calls a texture hack 'cursed' and it reminded me on how much I hate the term now.

"Who hurt you?"

Coming from people who have no idea what real pain is, of course.
I did some expert-level trolling recently on Instagram (gym related,) which resulted in a combination of white knights and women descending on my page and attempting to rile me. One girl messaged me 'who hurt you?' followed the next day by 'why are you the way you are?' The irony is, it almost certainly wasn't a sincere attempt to 'fix my rage,' by an autistic attempt to gather personal information and use it as ammunition.

I bet they were all redditors.

I'm pretty sure Spaniards, Irish, and Italians were hated for being largely catholic and were only categorized as nonwhite so they would have less rights. They don't look any different from other white people, so it's not like youd know on sight.

"Bad faith attacks". Journoswine and their cheerleaders use it to describe any amount of scrutiny directed at themselves.

"we live in a society" when used unironically

The modern world isn't "society".

It's a mechanistic, isolating, anonymizing, conformist, cultureless prison - and insane asylum.
