Probably since I wouldn't be boxing him. I don't know how much grappling experience he has but I bet it is lacking. From the start your goal should be to go for the legs, sweep him off balance and to the ground, transition to find whichever arm is nearest. From there a standard arm bar is probably going to fuck up his micro-fracture riddled limb. Even Tyson won't be punching his way out of that - but past history shows he WILL try to bite you when he is losing. So be prepared to break his arm as fast as possible. Transition to and break his other arm if he tries to bite you again.
