To be fair citing safety concerns is probably a bit disingenuously on Everfrees part, unless they have a bunch of dementia ridden old ladies at the convention I think there isn't too much of a safety concern. Although no one would blame them for not wanting Chris there with recent revelations and uncertainties. Of course they can't exactly come out and say "we don't want rapists and/or alleged rapists at our My Little Pony convention" as that would probably ban 3/4 of the adult attendees.

Chris Chan would be a pr nightmare for the con now. Not surprised he would be banned even if he couldn’t hurt anyone if he doesn’t have a gun.
 
The craziest part about this is that if Chris had saved like $10 instead of blowing his money on tarot cards and magic crystals, he could have bought a McDonald's hamburger, sat around, and waited for the gofundme money to clear. He finds the dumbest ways to fail.
 
I don't see any way this plays out that he doesn't try to get back into the house. He'll wait until it's night and then try to sneak in then be arrested by police for breaking and entering. "BUT I LIVE HERE YOU DAMN DIRTY JERKOPS!?"

You can probably pin autism on this, but it's been known for a while that Chris cares about himself. There are examples: for one Chris did state in his date with Emily that he doesn't have to love Bob, but he can respect him. Chris feigns caring about others only to see if it benefits him.

Ironically, Chris is like Barb in that they're both selfish narcissists', who push back the people who would care for them (Cole, the Chandler side of the family and now the Weston side of the family). Unfortunately, all they have is each other, with the revelation that Chris' extended family members declined to have him stay with them (whether due to timing, or they really don't want any part of him due to Christory) will be interesting to witness; will Chris and Barb go to those family gatherings again?

Chris probably has enough mental capacity to understand he's not going to be allowed to go, since his own internal logic dictates that posting something on the internet means everybody sees it. Which, in a way, he's sort of correct (he was just wrong every time he actually used this line of reasoning for why important CEO type people would give a shit about this idiot in bumfuck Virginia trying to talk to them outside the controlled industry channels).

He just doesn't fucking care. The entire macing incident was due to Chris knowing that he was banned from Gamestop and given his actions, it could be inferred his objective was to instigate a situation where he could use the pepper spray and thus look like a strong woman figure. When it didn't pan out even remotely like he wanted, instead being relatively peacefully (key word being 'relatively') and he was not attacked or whatever by staff, he used the spray anyway. And at the beginning of the whole affair when the manager confronted him about the ban, Chris straight up said "can't we let bygones be bygones?"

Right now, Chris NOT trying to go to the con would surprise me as he, effectively, has literally nothing else in his life. The pony cons are something he needs because he can be a weirdo all he wants and nobody (normally) would care all that much as opposed to normal life. 2020/The Coof robbed him of many conventions he could have gone to so he's maybe like in addict crazy mode right now.

Additionally, at this moment he's banned from his own house (though if he regains access is up in the air), all contact with Barb is gone, and I'm sure this recent relevation about him stealing her tugboat or whatever isn't going to end well. And what does Chris do better than literally anything else he's ever done in his life? Run the fuck away from his problems. Whether or not he'll be in a position to actually GO to the convention is another thing entirely, for all we know he could be incarcerated by then.

I'd be surprised if Barb ever leaves the state of Virginia ever again, she is in no condition to be moving around, not to mention she was something of an excommunicated family member even before Chris even popped out of her uterus because she was a loose skank that tried to steal her own sister's boyfriends from what I believe we know of her younger years.

And Chris? None of the socially adjusted Chandler clan want anything to do with him. Chris hasn't been able to communicate with any of them AFAIK for years, and not for a lack of trying on his part, but now that he had sexual activity with his mother? You think anybody wants this freak near their younger kids, especially the younger nieces of Chris?

Chris is an idiot who thinks that everyone should turn their guns in to the police, but on the other hand at least his overall aversion to firearms reduces the chance he goes postal at Bronycon or something. But to be fair, it could only be a net gain in this particular case.

Glad all the money is being refunded to the donaters and it seems that every convention (brony or not) is going to have him on the ban list for the indefinite future.

I've, and a few others said this before, Chris and Barb deserve each other. In fact, they've burned so many bridges, all they HAVE is each other at this point. It'd be easy to forget about Barb, but Chris has a prolific Internet identity. For better or for worse, a lot of people KNOW of Chris Chan. I'd say worse because people would want to think twice before associating with him after that incest stunt.

He could try either, but it's only a matter of time before they catch back up to him. That van is on its last wheels, and Chris will certainly run out of money knowing his lack of financial maturity. Null cut contact with him so who knows how anybody will know what happens to him.
