It's a reference to Stefan Molyneux commenting on female fertility. He got into hot water for saying Taylor Swift should start having babies before her eggs expire, because she's 30 now. Brittany made several tweets about this and compared Stefan to a coomer.

to expand on this, people on twitter currently spam empty egg cartons at the typical no kid antitrad wife woman who popped up after the whole trad cath thing venti and Nick/Groypers were pushing.

was she known to do that? either way, if it was a public snap for fans, you can still make a list of people and lock it, so that it only sends to that group. maybe something like that where she was sending nudes on the side.
