It's most likely cat shit, and those lumps being piles of it.
She released at least one video during her spat with the crying internet weirdo that showed the inside of their abode. I'm not sure if this was taken from one of those vids but I remember that yeah it pretty much looked like this. I'm not sure if it's a hoarder thing or some other kind of mental sickness. I suspect she's got the same weird relationship with cleanliness that people such as Todokaras (aka Stinky) have.
At one point during one of her older streams a cockroach crawled into the view of the camera, I don't know if the clip is in this thread or the Ralph thread but it was p goddamn disgusting. Was a rather big one too.
Doesn't help that if that weirdo she was in a relationship with was telling the truth she even had cat shit in her bed at one point.

It's because she showed at least one video where she came into the room from a different one while recording to record her then-boyfriend having a breakdown. In typical fashion for people like this she didn't seem to understand that her living situation was fucking appalling to normal people, or at least that's what I gather because why would anybody who understands that willingly show the audience of The Ralph Retort a bedroom that looks like that?
I also remember that at one point the camera pans and there's dirty dishes stacked up on the floor. Her boyfriend's defense was something to the effect that living in this situation is what lead to his mental breakdown and subsequent breakup among other things. Her defense for the state of things was some vague argument about how "he wasn't doing his fair share of the house work so I stopped doing any at all" which went over about as well as you'd think.

Whole video is worth watching but the apartment video starts around 9:30. If you're thinking "god damn that's bad" you haven't locked on to the full horror yet; this is what the bitch was comfortable with showing. They will instinctively always piss and shit in litter boxes with no training, unless the litter box is completely full of shit (or the cat has a health problem that it's trying to warn you of).
So somewhere in that complete filth is a litter box that is just overflowing with concentrated ammonia infused cat shit and piss. That's not an exaggeration. Cat piss/shit produces so much ammonia that pregnant women aren't even supposed to touch litter boxes while pregnant because it's an actual risk for the baby.

That is disgusting, but she's more canny than most give her credit for. She might well have anticipated the universal reaction of repugnance that occurred.. but felt that the proportion of Ralph viewers who saw it and thought "hey! this chick gets me!" and slid on over to her streams would be worth it.
It's pretty awful, but without going on some sort of whacky rant against 'femoids', it's not that far off what many women will do to get back at men they feel have wronged them in a spiteful way when left completely unconstrained.
