What are the odds that it's all a matter of form on her representatives' part?
"The congresswoman believes that this and flag burning are some of the most important issues facing our country today. Please remember this when election season comes and vote for Miss Representation."

If this actually inspires another congressional round of anti-Internet legislation, HOO NELLY, is Brianna gonna find herself in an unpleasant spot.

All that coming from a looney who associates itself with pedos and dogfuckers like @srhbutts. Typical SJW behavior here, prey on the weak and defenseless like Jace. This piece of shit is despicable. I wonder if Wu's peepee removal surgery was also crowd/donation funded...

I'm sure the Congresscritters are paying all the attention to this serious situation that it deserves, and being very careful to file all these reports in the appropriate location.

Very likely! We've actually been through that story a couple of months ago, when Wu tried to recruit Elizabeth Warren - U. S Senator from Massachusetts - to her crusade. A google search I did a couple of minutes ago indicates that nothing came out of it, and according to Jaimas (claims to have contacts in the Democratic Party, I tend to believe him) Warren ain't gonna touch this shit.

Now I ain't no lawyer, but my amatuer understanding of US law suggests that Congress can't inject itself into this bullshit going on between Brianna and Jace. To my knowledge, this whole thing was confined to the state of Massachusetts and no federal laws were broken. If these assumptions are correct, I don't think there's anything federal law enforcement agencies can do about this matter. Wu would have more luck getting law enforcement to deal with Jace if she approached local politicians (The Governor of MA, local legislators), but dealing with them is probably not as flattering to her ego as dealing with national politicians. I'm surprised she didn't approach President Obama himself.

Pff! Why would she crawl to that oppressive cis male for help when there is a womyn politican she can contact?

Oh, boy.
It could be because local law enforcement knows the guy is the pretty much harmless Town Weirdo.

He ceased being harmless when he crashed a car on a snowy road, while driving 80mph while skyping people. He could have hit someone else with a family in their car, or he could have caused a 10 car pileup and killed a dozen. They revoked his license for a reason, and if he can't accept that, then he's dangerous.

Make of the bolded line what you will, and then judge the credibility of her congress claims:

(on page 3):

The first time I met him, I was the opinion editor at The DM, and I turned to see this creepy fuck standing behind me. I shook his hand, and he pulled it away, saying "oowwww." He then explained that he'd broken his wrist in a bicycle accident that had almost killed him and had given him amnesia. He explained that he wanted to be a columnist and that he had previously worked for George W. Bush in the white house but that he had since realized how retarded and evil all conservatives were. About this time my phone started ringing, and I politely ignored it while I talked to this guy. Then it rang again, and again until I answered. It was the managing editor, who had ducked behind the front desk and was whispering, "stay calm, and don't react to this, but this guy isn't supposed to be here. He has a restraining order. Get rid of him." By this point, I was concerned the guy might knife me at any moment; so I told him to write me three columns and that I'd evaluate them and get back to him on whether he could write for me. (I'm still proud of my ability to remain poised and convincingly pretend that the dm had any fucking standards.)

Turns out, a year prior, he'd come in wanting the dm to run a comic strip that he was doing. When he was told they weren't interested, he flipped out. He called one of the workers a fat dyke, and when Dr. Husni came to her defense, he called him a "raghead" and a "sand n****r." They got a restraining order to keep him away from Farley, but when they moved to Bishop, it no longer applied, and he was actually able to weasel back in to working for the SMC.

Tho I do wonder if her wealthy parents could pay off congress somehow.

They aren't rich enough to pay off congress to do shit. You'd need to donate at the very least millions in order to sway congress, and most people in that position of wealth are more concerned with tax brackets, deregulation of environmental restrictions, and cutting social benefits than whether or not a bunch of meanies on the internet are making fun of some lady on the internet.
